Nice looking Chart.   This one showed up on my screener...but I didn't even look at the chat...I thought it was a coffee stock (JAVA) :-\

Anyway...I love this kind of stocks that have been dead for a long time and all of a sudden come to life.  JAV's been holding above the 9ema on much higher than normal volume

boatguy

Had JAV on watch and saw the spike at noon and wasn't paying attention when the volume came in later. Chased from 4.95 and got in late >:(

My order at 5.17 was placed when the stock was 5.10 and didn't fill the first time.

Should be interesting ;)

Wow, JAV is a great discovery.  I love finding biotech companies like this one.  They have so much potential with limited risk compared to a lot of other companies in this field.

Dyloject is awaiting FDA approval from their Phase-3 clinical trials; while its only awaiting marketing approval  in UK and the Mutual Recognition Process in other European countries.

I'm waiting on a pullback, but do not want to be caught on the sideline for this one. ;P

Cheers,

Clips from their latest PRs:
==================

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Mar 06, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Javelin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX: JAV), a leading developer of novel products for pain control, today announced that the British Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has granted a Wholesale Dealer's License to Javelin's UK subsidiary, Javelin Pharmaceuticals UK Limited. This represents a key commercialization step in anticipation of the product launch for Dyloject(TM) (diclofenac sodium 75mg / 2mL). Dyloject is currently under review for Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) approval in the UK also by the MHRA. Upon approval of the MAA for Dyloject, the Wholesale Dealer's License permits Javelin Pharmaceuticals UK Limited, to commence distribution by way of wholesale dealing within the EEA of Dyloject in approved territories. Javelin Pharmaceuticals UK Limited, recently established offices at Compass House Park, Chivers Way Histon, Cambridge, CB4 9AD, United Kingdom. The new facility is managed by Mr. Derek Gallacher, Javelin's European Managing Director.

"Obtaining a UK Wholesaler Dealer's License from the MHRA for our new UK subsidiary is an important step in building out our UK infrastructure for commercialization of Dyloject. This license allows Javelin to establish a network for product distribution to fulfill product orders upon successful approval of our pending Marketing Authorization Application," stated Mark Matthews, VP Commercial Affairs. "

"Dyloject(TM) - injectable diclofenac sodium - is presently under review for marketing approval in the UK for the treatment of acute moderate-to-severe pain. Subsequent approval in other European countries is anticipated through a regulatory strategy following the Mutual Recognition Process. In the US, Dyloject is in Phase 3 clinical trials for the same indication. Earlier studies demonstrated Dyloject to be safe and well tolerated (including evidence for a lower incidence and severity of vein irritation than Voltarol, the currently marketed European formulation of injectable diclofenac). Prior studies have shown Dyloject to have a more rapid onset of action than Voltarol when both drugs were evaluated in patients with moderate-to-severe postoperative pain, and a more rapid onset of action than ketorolac in the molar extraction model of postsurgical pain. The latter study also indicated that Dyloject had half the incidence of surgical site bleeding compared with ketorolac."
