Bid was refreshing 100 shares at 4.44 earlier.
I'm watching 4.50 if it is challenged by block trades on the green.

A print of 20,000 at 4.50 in gold.
Would this be enough to push CYTR to above 25 cents from the open?

8:32AM CytRx files report with the FDA in response to the partial clinical hold on its Phase 2b arimoclomol ALS trial (CYTR) 0.985 : Co announces it has filed a report with the FDA in response to the Agency's partial clinical hold on the Company's Phase 2b efficacy clinical trial with its molecular chaperone regulator drug candidate arimoclomol for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. "We have been working closely with the FDA throughout this process and we are confident that the information included in this report, including results from a detailed animal toxicology study, sufficiently addresses the Agency's concerns. Given the timing of this submission, we anticipate that the FDA will review the report during the third quarter of this year. Again, we emphasize that the FDA's partial clinical hold was unrelated to data generated by human studies and arimoclomol has been studied in seven Phase 1 and two Phase 2 clinical trials without any significant adverse events."

8:30AM CytRx announces 2010 clinical and development milestones (CYTR) : "Among our 2010 plans, we intend to broaden our tamibarotene program by evaluating it in a combination therapy as a first-line treatment for acute promyelocytic leukemia. Preparations are also underway to begin three Phase 2 clinical trials with INNO-206 in advanced pancreatic cancer, advanced gastric cancer and advanced soft tissue sarcomas. Also, last week we announced plans to begin testing bafetinib in patients with high-risk B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia. INNO-206 and bafetinib have demonstrated results in treating multiple cancers in animal studies. Our development strategy is to test these compounds in advanced-stage cancers, which could allow for rapid indications of efficacy, with the potential for data as early as the fourth quarter of this year. We believe these drug candidates could represent blockbuster opportunities for CytRx with potential revenue exceeding $2 billion."
