At a Board of Directors meeting held on March 5, 2007, the Company's Board of Directors agreed to cancel an aggregate of 9,275,000 stock options as follows:

- 2,000,000 exercisable at $0.24 in the name of Ranjit Bhogal

- 650,000 exercisable at $0.60 in the name of Ranjit Bhogal

- 3,900,000 exercisable at $0.96 in the name of Ranjit Bhogal

- 975,000 exercisable at $0.24 in the name of Jeet Sidhu

- 550,000 exercisable at $0.60 in the name of Jeet Sidhu

- 1,200,000 exercisable at $0.96 in the name of Jeet Sidhu

MORE BAD NEWS.... my investigations fielded more bad news

Intel has now been given until September 6th to respond primarily to the complaint. And lawyers for both AMD and Intel will have an initial conference during the week of the 1st of August. The other element of this agreement is that Intel Kabushiki Kaisha, also named in this lawsuit, has acknowledged service of the action as if it had been effected by the Japanese Central Authority, pursuant to the Hague Convention. We presume this means that because of the Hague Convention, it can respond to the complaint even though Intel KK is based in Japan.

Meanwhile, AMD served two more subpoenas, against Fujitsu and against distributor Avnet. This latter subpoena names Rick Hamada, Sukh Rayat and others as named individuals for the purposes of correspondence and discussions they've had with Intel over pricing, marketing coop money, and the like.

Avnet is one of AMD's biggest distributors but also distributes Intel components too
