This is a really great product in a large sector; I can really see this company taking off once they're discovered.  Seems like y'all have already enjoyed the nice white candlesticks over the last week, I wonder if I'm too late to join the party?

Awesome chart.

Cheers,

Nope, just keep an eye on it intraday.  The daily chart looks great, but intraday gives a little more flavour.  Yesterday we got a breakout from an ascending triangle that should pu .21 IN PLAY.  It broke out on big volume, and then pulled back at the end of the day.  I think that any purchase between .18 and .19 should set you up quite nicely.  I added more yesterday at .185 and think we should see .20+ this week.

Good call ScottishTrader!  Applause!

I unloaded half my shares at .22 this morning.  Looking to getting rid of the rest at .23.  Can't let myself get greedy and lose on potential profit.

If my sell order at .23 does get hit, I'll be looking to buy back around .20 range.

To be honest, I didn't think it would hit .24 today..................I was expecting some bigger resistance at .225 than I saw this morning.  Good luck!

Gap filled!   ;)  I got back my shares I bought sold this morning!  Hopefully it will continue back up again!  Either way, I think this one is a keeper for the long term if you like holding solid companies.

That's me! (Hi all, first post here...)

I got in on NIHK last spring after playing around in several others on this board. Started at about $.12, and bought all the way down. Then bought a bunch at $.034 in September for a total of 250k shares. (Oh how I wish I'd bought more.  ::) ) Been holding ever since. Only the first 90k are long term gains at this point. I keep considering cashing in, but really think that this is a product that has potential. (I know, don't fall in love with the company.) I've got a trailing sell order just in case, but I can't watch during the day, so can't comfortably flip nickels.

I'm just happy to see volumes where I could actually sell if I needed to. There were plenty of days of just a few thousand share trading hands. Hard to sell big chunks in those conditions for favorable gains.

I sure have been enjoying these last couple of weeks!

Sold half at .23 and looking to just get rid of my other half at .23.   :)

I'm taking a risk here but atleast it's a profit they can't take away from me.   ;D I just think there will be some consolidation around this area before an even bigger run up.  I'll be looking to get back in as usual at a lower price if possible.  Hopefully, I won't end up missing the shuttle to the moon!

Update: All shares sold at this point at .23

Will buy back cheaper hopefully!

Anyone have any comment on the stock price going down today?  Thanks in advance

thai626

Not a surprise if you ask me   >:D

Every run up must have a period of profit taking.  Just looks like a pause until the earnings release comes out.  This is JMO.

Like I said in my earlier posts, I was expecting .235 to be a big resistance and now it looks like that is turning out true.  Don't worry.....anyday now we'll be above the nasty .265 resistance. haha  (Hopefully things will turn  out that way)

Nighthawk Systems Releases Fiscal 2006 Results
Wednesday, April 18, 2007 07:00ET

SAN ANTONIO, Apr 18, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nighthawk Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: NIHK), a leading provider of intelligent wireless power management and emergency notification solutions, announced today that revenues for 2006 were $899,175 as compared to $589,689 in 2005, a 70% increase between years. Gross profit more than doubled between years and gross margins increased from 30% to 40% between years as the increase in products sold between years led to better production efficiencies. The net loss between years increased from ($2.7) million in 2005 to ($3.7) million in 2006 due to increased expenses for consulting and public relations activities, as well as interest expense associated with the Company's debt. The net loss per share improved from ($0.07) per share in 2005 to ($0.05) per share in 2006.

The increase in revenues between years was attributed to a sustained sales and marketing effort that began in 2005 and was enhanced in 2006 with the addition of new sales and marketing staff. Sales to both new and existing customers contributed significantly to revenues during fiscal 2006, with sales to new customers accounting for approximately 60% of total revenues for 2006.

H. Douglas Saathoff, Nighthawk's CEO, commented, "I'm extremely pleased with the steady growth and progress made throughout 2006. Sustained sales and marketing efforts decreased our historical dependence on a few customers as we added many new electrical utilities to our customer base and began to uncover new, industrial applications for our products. This incremental growth and the resultant exposure of the Company and its products has led to a handful of larger opportunities that we hope to capitalize on in 2007. We made important additions to our team in the latter stages of 2006 to help with these opportunities, and have recently announced the development of new Web-enabled services that should assist us with those opportunities this year."

Mr. Saathoff also added, "I'm also pleased that the growth in revenues is starting to filter down to better operating results as well. By selling more products into more industrial applications, we were able to increase our gross margins significantly. I think it is important to note that payroll and payroll-related expenses actually decreased from 2005 to 2006, yet I feel we're a more capable team today than ever before. We're off to a good start so far in 2007, and I look forward to continuing the trends that we started in 2006."

Hey Thai,

Did you get your shares today?  Some people are saying this will go back to 0.09 level.  How low do you think this one will go?  Thanks in advance

thai626

This is JMO, but I don't think it will go thaaattt low.  Maybe 12 cents to close the very first gap.  It's just very hard to say because it had 3 horrible days in a row.

BTW......I did get my shares at .135.

Good luck!
