About Trey Resources, Inc. (TYRO): Trey Resources is involved in the acquisition and build-out of technology and software companies. The company's growth strategy is to acquire firms in this extensive and expanding but highly fragmented segment as it seeks to create substantial value for shareholders.

Just follow me on these Press Releases:

1) Trey Resources Reports Record Revenues for 2004

2) Trey Resources Announces EDI Sales Continue at Record Pace

3) Trey Resources Reports Record Revenues in Excess of $1MM for First Quarter

4) Trey Resources Announces New Sales of Proprietary Software

5) Trey Resources Closes Five Deals Under Business Partner Agreement With IBM

Now, I see $1M in sales for just one quarter, and the market cap of TYRIA.OB, according to marketwatch.com, is just $1.87M. Is this too good to be true? Possibly.

I guess the nature of the PRs, from what I've read, show they are effective news, and not some kind of expectations or talking about future developments for the company. So, what we see is, I believe, what we get. I think the PRs are true, but I'm not sure.

The thing that might be false is the number of shares outstanding and it's correspondent market cap. I'll dig into the recent SEC filings.

Hum, I found the President and CEO sold some shares in December 2004.

I dug some more and couldn't find the SEC filings for TYRIA.OB on www.sec.gov or at the company's website.

I would like to see the SEC filings because of two things. I want to see the results from a more reliable source and I want to check the number of shares outstanding to have a precise calculus of the market cap.

We have the entire weekend to search for these filings, if anyone finds them please put it on this thread. Thank you  :)

Before moving on to the 6th stock on the Top 10 for Monday, let me leave the TYRIA.OB long and short term charts:

This analysis was part of the Top 10 stocks for Monday. At the end of the thread I concluded to buy 3% of capital in TYRIA.OB. Now I've started this new thread to update my analysis on TYRIA.OB everyday until I sell the stock.

This is important: Considering your feedback

It's not easy to trade penny stocks, and TYRIA.OB of course is a penny stock. I have just 3% of capital in it, due to liquidity concerns (by the way, the percentage of invested capital and cash is not right on the homepage - the open trades portfolio considers I always have 6.66% of capital in each stock, but now there are many stocks where I have less than that. This mistake will be corrected when possible).

I believe the fundamentals in TYRIA.OB suggest a much higher price than where it is currently trading. But I'm owning a lot of stocks now, and I need simple rules to follow. We have a resistance level around $0.049. TYRIA.OB should break through that level in the short term.

Anyway, I won't let a profit turn into a loss, so if the stock falters at this resistance level and starts to fall to my buying price of $0.031 I'll have to sell it.

But I'm letting the profits run, as long as they continue running ...

This ah ah trading (like a friend of mine says) in penny stocks really annoys me. Yesterday I was asleep and I didn't think of putting a stop on TYRIA.OB, so you devils didn't throw me out of the boat  >:D

In fact, I'll change my plan a bit ... I've studied the fundamentals of TYRIA and they are very attractive. Of course the stock was up more than 200% in just 3 days so a pullback is normal.

I'm not thinking of any stop on this 3% position. I believe TYRIA.OB is a true story and I'll hold it for the medium term.

Hi David,
I got into this very late on Monday at .04. Only with $1k investment.
I will hold this for a while. Doesn't matter whatever direction it moves. I think it has a good potential to move up soon.
Best of luck to all, who are holding this share.

David Randolph

Thanks for your post Stock_Finder  :)

The news on TYRIA.OB are awesome. There's no way with those fundamentals the stock will trade for long at current levels. I've checked the story with time and I'm sure it is true.

So, what happened, why didn't the stock take off to $0.10 right away?

Well, stocks don't go up in straight lines, not even when fundamentals suggest a much higher price is coming. There's always doubt in the market and TYRIA.OB was at one point up 314% from the lows set on 29 of June. So profit taking is normal and welcome, to give a chance for new buyers to come in at short term confort levels and pump this stock way up.

The 50% retracement level is at $0.0285. It would be nice not to see TYRIA.OB close below this level again.

atalltexan

Bounced off the 60% retracement level, and sitting around the 50% mark at present.

yuyjust

What if it close today below short term support @ 0.028. What is the course of action ? Continue to hold ?

ehos

I will personally continue to hold because there is no way a company making so many deals in a REQUIRED business area (EDI) is going to stay at 3 cents/share.

Home Depot, GM, Walmart, IBM are online.  Right now they're selling one by one, but when they get a mass order for the whole shebang, it will be nuts.

They've almost tripled staff and adding more.  This is the 'ground' floor.  They've started to make deals, and this is the real first quarter that they've closed them.  The results are good, 1 million, in one quarter.

It's not all great news, they need to convert more of that revenue to good ole profit.  But I think they'll get it ironed out.

Like David said, not everything can go straight up.  Today was a selling day.  Maybe tomorrow and day after as well.  But the stock price isn't always indicitive of performance.

I am holding until end of next year or until I get confrimation of adverse news (which I doubt, IBM doesn't partner with fly by nighters)

I personally sold mine off early on Tuesday. I knew the direction it was headed for now. I however believe in the company and think the next earnings statment will pop this thing right back up. I am however going to wait fo it to stabalize a bit before I get back in. I will at some point soon take a small position in this though and actually hold the thing long term. Hopefully it turns into one of those forget it and check it in 6 months while cracking a big Kool Aid smile.  ;D

Any technical updates on this stock ?  Good entry point or stay away ?

David Randolph

Considering the magnitude of the red candles compared with the white ones and the volume involved, I believe it is just a matter of time before TYRIA.OB makes a shot for new highs.

David Randolph

Cool hammer on TYRIA.OB shows short term inversion, from bearish to bullish. I've checked the company's story and it is true and really bullish. Of course, the stock shot up 314% in 8 days, so  some days of profit taking are perfectly natural.

But profit taking seems to be over, with this white hammer the stock has now the technical conditions to attack the highs around $0.046 over the next few days.

I'm in at $0.031, confident about the future for this stock.

David Randolph

It's true, it's true !!!

We've had this press release today:

Trey Resources Announces the Rapid Expansion of its Master Developer Business
Sales of Company's Custom Programming Services Sets Record Pace

«We are closing on deals both large and small. We expect to be in a position of announcing additional, substantial transactions in the near future.»

The stock held at the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level and is now coming back. I expect the fundamental background of TYRIA.OB to provide a shot to new intermediate highs, above $0.046.

Tyria recommended by otc reporter today :

Trey Resources, Inc. (OTC-BB: TYRIA)

Current Price: $0.039
52 week range $0.20-$0.01

This hi-tech publicly traded holding company specializes in the development, marketing and licensing of financial accounting and supply side management software. They are a premier total solutions provider strategically focused in business software for the small and medium size business market. They are a value added reseller and master developer of Sage Software's MAS 90, MAS 200 , and MAS 500. Trey's growing business revenues are climbing fast!

Trey has excellent appreciation potential for the experienced investor

Trey Resources (TRYIA –OTC BB ), became an independent public company in February 2004 when it was spun off from iVoice, Inc. (IVOC OTC-BB )

It didn't take long for veteran CEO Mark Meller to implement Trey's prime objective in its business plan. In June 2004 Trey Resources acquired SWK Technologies , a New Jersey based company, for 2,750,000 shares of Trey Class A Common Stock. SWK is now Trey's principal operating unit and initial platform acquisition.

SWK Technologies is the publisher of the award winning MAPADOC EDI (electronic data interchange) integrated solution, which is used seamlessly with the MAS 90, 200, and 500 accounting software.

Manufacturers and suppliers need to be in "technology sync" with their big box customers (K-Mart, Home Depot, Target, Wal-Mart and others). They must have back office technology which communicates with the paperless environment now found with most large retail companies like Wal-Mart and Target. There is an urgent need for this technology. These large companies realize that they lose profits every time a piece of paper needs to be handled and dealt with by a human being . As a result, they are basically telling suppliers to either get EDI, or they will no longer be able to do business with them.

Trey Resources is clearly the most undervalued EDI software company on the street with huge upside potential!

TYRIA.OB released this yesterday:

Trey Resources Announces the Rapid Expansion of its Master Developer Business
Sales of Company's Custom Programming Services Sets Record Pace

The stock went up 20% and it will make a second attack to the $0.046-$0.049 resistance area. Probably bears will fight there, but bulls have nothing to fear, fundamentals are on their side.

I've read this: «Trey Resources (TRYIA –OTC BB ), became an independent public company in February 2004 when it was spun off from iVoice, Inc. (IVOC OTC-BB )» on the Stock_Finder post, I wonder if IVOC.OB still has any position in TIRIA.OB?

I'll leave both charts, I like IVOC too ...
