Howdie Michael,
Do you have a time frame for this penny pick??  Sounds like you are not concerned with the technical breakdown...  it seems like it could see sub .10 again easily??  Will you stop out at .15?  Target?

Is PCYG still one of your collections?  I still have it and wish i had bought more at 2.50...  will hold it until hopefully the big money finds it.

Cheers Joe

Hi Joe,

Well I have never been afraid of betting against the chart especially when we talk about pennies.

The trading volume of OTC BB shares has been exploding this year (se chart below). Compared to the main exchanges the trading is dominated by technical traders and fraudsters. Not many FA traders around   ???

For a hard-core fundamentalist like me there are some amazing value plays just by going against the stream.

My first penny was AOB. It is trading at 7.79 today (I think AOB is fair valued today). If anybody had suggested 7.7 as a target when David picked this stock he would probably have been the laughing stock of 3SOF  :)

3SOF is now invested in another penny, NTRZ. Could it go to 7.7? I think it could. In fact I think it could go even higher. You don't find that kind of undervalued stocked on any of the main boards

Yes Parkcity is one of my core holdings and so are TBYH and NNBP. I am sure that not all three of them will live up to my expectations but I only need one of them to do and I will do just great.

I am right now trying to buy a penny with no debt and 10 million in cash. They have no activities as of today but they are in the process of buying 85% of another company that has an annual profit of 1.6 million USD. The market cap is 3.6 million USD. Show me that kind of value on any of the main boards!

Hmmmm... in my excitement about the penny opportunities I forgot to answer your questions about Nanobac  :-[

There is a very good research on NNBP from Wall Street Resources here: http://www.wallstreetresources.net/pdf/fc/NNBP.pdf

They have a 12-month target of 0.91. That sounds realistic to me but I am a very patient investor and the truth is that if Nanobac is successful they could trade at xxx 10 years from now (I deliberately don't put an amount here because I don't want to be the laughing stock of 3SOF  ;)).

Micheal NNBP has broken below the ascending trendline.  Any thoughts on the short term action.  What does xxx mean?  I promise I won't laugh.

Hi bmarc

Hmmm... short term the chart looks weak. I wouldn't be a buyer today. NNBP could fall back to the seventeen's.

This is a story stock and as such short-term investors should look at some momentum to the upside or key support levels before they step in.

The xxx price tag was under the assumption that Nanobac will become successful. Well in that case you could see a market cap of several billions. We would obviously have some dilution down the road but I can promise you that you will tell your grand children about this investment  ;)

I personally believe they are more likely to be bought out long before the first drug will hit the market. The potential are simply too huge to be ignored if they are just close to launch drugs against some of the main disease in the world. In the meanwhile we will have to keep this one on the radar screen and evaluate every bit on information they reveal. I have decided to have a small holding just in case...

PIND pre investigational new drug: FDA approves PIND

Therapy - We are entering into agreements to support the United States Food and Drug Administration pre-Investigational New Drug "(PIND") to test our proprietary drug combinations to treat stone-forming diseases, with a preliminary focus on prostatitis, which affects millions of men and currently is largely untreatable. We will also conduct tests with other stone forming diseases such as gallstones and kidney stones.
Pharmaceutical Drug Development - The FDA approved Nanobac to move forward with PIND 73,524 for Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome ("CP/CPPS").

We are currently evaluating several contract service providers who have formulation and manufacturing capabilities.
Once a contract is entered into, we will begin assembling the supporting documentation for completing the Investigational New Drug ("IND") application. We intend to have the IND submitted by the end of the third quarter, financing permitted. The submission is part of the process for obtaining FDA approval to begin clinical studies to determine if Nanobac's therapy is effective for Type III Prostatitis patients. Additional clinical and non-clinical studies will be determined by the outcome of the first study.

Nanobac Announces Mayo Clinic Initial Results for Nanoparticle and Arterial Calcification Study
Wednesday May 23, 11:30 am ET

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nanobac Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:NNBP - News; "Nanobac" or "the Company") announces that scientists at Mayo Clinic, working under a collaborative agreement with Nanobac have cited evidence showing the presence of calcifying nanoparticles (CNPs) in plaque-filled arteries in animal models. This potentially represents a previously unrecognized factor in the development of arteriosclerosis and calcific arterial disease.

The project seeks to determine if human derived nanoparticles are pathogenic and induce inflammatory and calcific pathologic arterial disease. Scientific evidence increasingly links arterial calcification to the presence of nanosized particles. The project also seeks to confirm prior Nanobac studies, conducted at Washington Hospital, that Nanobac's diagnostic test specifically identifies CNPs.

The study's author, Maria Kraemer, a Mayo Graduate researcher in Rochester, Minn. stated, "The work we are doing with human-derived nanoparticles is important because preliminary studies indicate that they may increase negative responses to arterial injury, possibly leading to blocked arteries and arterial calcification."

Dr. Maniscalco, co-chair of Nanobac, stated: "We believed that CNPs play a major role in pathologic calcification and a multitude of associated disease states such as calcification of arteries and organs. This study, conducted by one of the lead medical and research facilities in the United States, lends credence to our beliefs."

About Nanobac Pharmaceuticals: Nanobac Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is dedicated to the discovery and development of products and services to improve human health through the detection and treatment of calcifying nanoparticles (CNPs), formerly known as nanobacteria. The company's pioneering research is establishing the pathogenic role of CNPs in soft tissue calcification, particularly in coronary artery, prostate and vascular disease.

Nanobac's drug discovery and development is focused on new and existing compounds that effectively inhibit, destroy or neutralize CNPs. Nanobac manufactures In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) kits and reagents for detecting calcifying nanoparticles. IVD products include a line of assays, proprietary antibodies and reagents for uniquely recognizing CNPs. Nanobac's BioAnalytical Services works with biopharmaceutical partners to develop and apply methods for avoiding, detecting, and inactivating or eliminating CNPs from raw materials.

Experimental Biology is an annual scientific meeting convened by the Federation of American Societies of Experimental Biology, including the American Association of Anatomists; American Physiological Society; American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology; American Society for Investigative Pathology; American Society for Nutrition; and the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics.

Nanobac Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. For more information, visit our website at: http://www.nanobac.com.
