END insiders have buy buying with both hands lately. That is always a good sign. Guidance for future quarters is strong. END has heavy and strong institutional support. With Oil and gas going up and up, undervalued energy plays like END could become huge winners not long down the road.

Do your DD

I thought you were going to leave because of all the accusations.

Nobody had any issues with that.

So that'd be great if you just stopped posting here.  Those of us who have been around for a while know to ignore your nonsense (So NTWK hit, ok...we'll see how long it can hold the gains).

You are the scum of the earth, I'd like to see what you look like.  How do you live with yourself?

alexxxtreme

F**k you bcj.

My "bogus" NTWK pick is doing fine thank you. I actually received several messages from non azzholes like you who urged me to keep bringing picks for them. You are just a baseless and immature jealous moron.

Cheers!!!

If END reports a profit on November 5 like analysts predict, expect END to jumo to $3 in a hurry much like NTWK has done recently

END $1.15..Over $40/share in Reserves...Huge insider Buying...Expects profitability to grow exponentially.

END owns a significant % of some of the largest recent oil and gas discoveries like Cygnus, Rochelle, West Rochelle, Bacchus, etc.. It has refused significant recent offers for some of its assets....some greater than its current market cap.

The company expect to be profitable going forward and expects to accelerate production significantly starting next quarter.

END will present its updated operational plan and new strategies on 8/25 at the Worldwide Energy Conference hosted by EnerCom.

I expect several important announcement leading to, during, and after the conference

0===>> Here is the latest analyst opinion/coverage:

Global Hunter Securities initiates coverage of Endeavour International (NYSE: END) with a Buy rating. PT $2.90.

Global analyst says, "For Endeavour, future production levels seem limitless, as data for two of their legacy projects have come back favorable only reiterating management's predictions and expectations. Recent information from Endeavour's Rochelle/Rochelle West and Cygnus fields have indicated the potential for Endeavour could be 50 - 84 net Mmboe. Both projects are significant industry discoveries "

Now if you do the math, that is at least $6 Billion dollars in reserves or about $40/share. This does not include new significant holdings in the US. Listen/view the June 17, 2010 company presentation for details....(www.endeavourcorp.com)

0===> Other recent/important highlights:

- Recent well tests at Cygnus, Rochelle, Bacchus, and several US ass have all been successful recently.

- Late this month they will spud a new well on West Rochelle working with partner Premier Oil. Premier will pay 50% of the costs for a 25% equity. Rochelle is a rich area already producing large quantities of oil and gas.

- The company expects a profitable 2011. Profits will start this quarter and will begin ramping up to over $1/share in 2012. All Analysts agree.

- Insiders bought almost 10 million shares since January 2010 or over 5% of all the outstanding shares.

- The 5 analysts covering the stock have a STRONG BUY rating average of 1.4 with a price target North of $3

The recent and upcoming developments will lift END to new 52-week highs in coming weeks. Natural gas prices are expected to spike up starting in September ahead of the winter season enabling END to be profitable the last 2 quarters of 2010.

END presented today (8/25/2010) at the World Oil and Gas Energy Conference in Denver. These are some key highlights of today presentation:

http://www.investorcalendar.com/IC/CEPage.asp?ID=161191

http://www.endeavourcorp.com/_presentations/20100825%20Enercom%20Denver.pdf

- Sold Norwegian assets is 2009 for $150 million or about the size of the market cap at the time.

- Kept rich UK gas/oil fields. Cygnus and Rochelle discoveries are world class. Bacchus field with partner Apache will start production in 2011. The Columbus development is 7 times larger than Bacchus. END has refused to sell any of its UK properties. Ultimate reserves in the North Sea are expected to double to almost 100 million Barrels of equivalent oil - BOEO (about $8 Billion or $50+/share).

- END purchased a large asset base in several regions of the US using the proceeds from the Norwegian asset sale. Great move....exploration and production are faster in onshore US than Norwegian offshore.

- END-owned US shale fields have exceeded expectations. I in the last quarter it contributed to 1/3 of the 5.1M BOEO. This compares to ZERO in 2009. US production is expected to double to almost 4M BOEO by year end. The company expects to return to profitability starting this quarter.

- In the new West Rochelle field 100% owned by END, its partners Premier Oil and Nexen are paying for all exploration costs for the rights to keep 25% of the revenues each upon production.

- The new $150 million financing will accelerate production to meet the short-term goal to double production in 2011. The 5-year goal is to increase production ten-fold to about 50M BOEO (about $2/share net income). Refer to diagram on page 5 of the presentation. Future expansions will be paid for with positive cash flow generated from operations.

===> Other important END highlights:

- END management and directors bought over 7 million shares or almost 5% of the total outstanding shares in 2010!!

- Natural gas prices will start to climb with winter ahead. In the near future and thereafter, many LNG and gas-to-liquid plants will come on-stream. What is the raw material? natural gas

- Low share count. About 170 million as of today. Company does not anticipate further dilution

About END:

Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE-AMEX:END)(LSE:ENDV)is an independent oil and gas company focused on the exploration, production and acquisition of oil and gas reserves in the North Sea and United States. The company is currently developing three field discoveries in the United Kingdom sector of the North Sea that will serve as the foundation for production growth over the next two years. In late 2008, Endeavour embarked on an exploratory campaign in the United States to pursue shorter-term, less costly drilling opportunities that complement its longer-cycle North Sea assets. In May, 2009, the company completed the sale of its Norwegian subsidiary for USD $150 million, and those proceeds combined with operational cash flow is funding future growth initiatives.
