PACEL Corp. - Reduces Corporate Debt, Plans for Future
Sep 7, 2005 1:17:00 PM
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PACEL Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: PCCR) -- Since July 1st PACEL has reduced its corporate debt by over $800,000. Reducing this debt combined with its equity finance sources waiving existing financing fees and interest allows PACEL management to focus on the company's growth and future.

PACEL has increased its sales force, opened new markets and is bringing long-term projects, which result in new business opportunities on line. PACEL announced earlier that the National Association of Subacute and Post Acute Care had appointed PACEL as its preferred provider for Human Resource Outsourcing solutions. Due to the implementation of its new human resource information system and the expansion of PACEL's ability to deliver insurance solutions, PACEL has begun actively soliciting elder care and medical facilities.

In the mid-Atlantic region and in Texas, PACEL's operational footprint, there are over 3,500 elder care facilities. PACEL estimates each facility has potential revenue of $30,000 to $70,000 per year. With a 5% market penetration PACEL can generate $5 to $8 million in new revenue. PACEL is aggressively marketing to these facilities and anticipates significant growth over the next 2 quarters.

"Reducing corporate debt is a major short-term goal," stated Gary Musselman, President of PACEL, "Opening new markets and expanding our revenue base sets our future. I believe our future is to be the premier human resource provider to the elder care and medical community."

PACEL Corp. Announces Double Digit Growth for Projected Revenue in 4th Quarter
Oct 5, 2005 12:48:00 PM
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PACEL Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: PCCR) -- PACEL announces today that projected 4th quarter revenues would exceed expectations due largely in part to cost cutting and the business development efforts the company has under taken. This restructuring will improve the company's bottom line by an estimated $400,000 per year while allowing management to focus on developing the specialized programs for the medical and elder care industries. This restructuring also allows PACEL to develop new sources of revenue from the sale of employee benefits that was previously unavailable.

PACEL has negotiated a contract to provide support to another professional employer organization which operates in areas not served by PACEL. PACEL anticipates this business will increase revenue by approximately 12% by the end of the 4th quarter.

"Management continues to make significant improvements in the company's financial health. The cost-cutting initiatives and the aggressive new business development campaign that have been undertaken in the last quarter are a direct result of the double digit revenue growth that we will be experiencing in the 4th quarter," stated Gary Musselman, President of PACEL Corp.

PACEL continues its strategy of penetrating the Human Resource Outsourcing marketplace in an aggressive manner. Management believes that continuing to aggressively pursue small to mid-sized businesses, providing Human Resource (HR) related services in the areas of payroll, benefits administration and risk and safety management, will provide significant and steady revenue to the company.

"Our focus has been to deliver our services at the highest possible quality while reducing our internal costs. Investments in improved systems and management practices are beginning to have a positive impact on our financial statements," stated Gary Musselman, President of PACEL Corp. "Our belief is these trends will continue."
