Up 42%.

11:43AM Appliance Recycling Cntrs Reports Q3 results (ARCI) 10.42 +2.63 : As mentioned at 11:40, ARCI reported Q3 EPS of $0.31 vs. $0.17 single analyst est; revs increased 32% from a year ago to $27.37 vs. $25.87 mln single analyst est. Edward Cameron, president and chief executive officer, commented: "As evidenced by the modest decline in same-store sales of our ApplianceSmart operation, the primary focus of our retail business on the replacement appliance market has helped moderate the impact of the ongoing slowdown in the nation's residential construction sector. ApplianceSmart is also benefiting from the improved operating efficiencies that have been achieved by strengthening inventory management and implementing other new business systems. We closed our small factory outlet in Compton, California, in October to enable this facility to better focus on its appliance recycling operation. In November, we plan to open another ApplianceSmart factory outlet in the Columbus, Ohio, market, which will be our fifteenth nationally."

this seems like it has a lot of potential. With a 5% profit margin potential and 15 for EPS...i have this thing valued at $12.2. The industry average revenue is around 655 million. So with all consistent ratios year over year...and continual consistent revenue growth...this may be a good story. To me seems like a lot of potential...
"October is one of the peculiarly dangerous months to speculate in stocks. The others are July, January, September, April, November, May, March, June, December, August and February."

Looks good.  Could see this going to $18 + on current earnings.  Downside is lack of visability of whether 2007 recycling contracts will remain in force in the future.

Signs of life, now that ARCI has regained Nasdaq compliance by appointing another director.

Breaking 7.5ish is key to the upside.  Cannot wait until earnings.  I wish David would take a look at this one.
