IBD 100 Profile: NewMarket NEU has jumped 66 spots over the last two weeks to #25; trading at new highs (60.97 ) : As part of our new series in profiling IBD 100 stocks, today we take a look at NewMarket NEU, which has jumped an impressive 66 spots over the last two weeks to #25. It is not a well known name, so we wanted to take a closer look. The company makes petroleum additives used to improve refining and performance in gasoline, diesel, and other fuels and as a lubricant in motor oil, fluids, and grease. Its technology helps fuels burn cleaner, engines run smoother and machines last longer. The petroleum additives market is comprised of two broad product groupings: lubricant additives and fuel additives. Lubricant additives are highly formulated chemical products that improve the performance, durability, and functionality of mineral oils, and synthetic oils used in machinery and engines. Fuel additives are chemical components that improve the refining process of gasoline, resulting in lower costs, improved vehicle performance and reduced tailpipe emissions... It may not sound like the most exciting sector, but the co is profitable and growing strongly as Q4 revenue rose 19% yr/yr and EPS rose 64% yr/yr to $0.96. Bottom Line: We like that the stock is not widely followed as there are only two estimates, but that looks like it will be increasing as Oppenheimer just initiated the stock two weeks ago with a $68 price target, given its unique product offering in value-added segments...NEU looks attractively valued, trading at a forward p/e of just 12.1x (2 ests). The stock is showing good momentum, making new 52-wk highs. Also, it was recently added to the S&P SmallCap 600 and increased its dividend by 60% in Q4 for a 1.3% annual yield. Mkt cap $949 mln, float 12.3 mln, avg vol 224k.    B.C
