AIRI recently announced preliminary sales results for the quarter ending December 31, 2007. For the fourth quarter of 2007, the Company reported record preliminary net sales of $14.76 million, an increase of 110% as compared to $7.0 million in the same quarter of 2006.

"We are very pleased with our fourth quarter performance," said Peter Rettaliata, Chief Executive Office of Air Industries Group. "Further, we delivered on a key, publicly stated goal. The preliminary net sales figure for the fourth quarter reported today represents a run rate of $59.0 million on an annualized basis. This amount, which also sets a record for the Company, is at the high end of our previously disclosed range of $57 million to $60 million that we projected attaining by the end of 2007."

The preliminary fourth quarter 2007 sales results reported by the Company include results from all of its operating subsidiaries, including Air Industries Machining Corp., Sigma Metals, and Welding Metallurgy. These numbers do not include revenues from the pending acquisition of the Blair-HSM group of companies that was announced in November 2007.

ABOUT AIRI:

Air Industries Group, Inc. (OTCBB: AIRI) is a holding company established to consolidate manufacturers, engineering integrators and specialized service providers to the aerospace/defense and commercial aviation industries. AIRI is focused on flight safety and other critical components.

AIRI's strategy is to execute consolidation of synergistic companies principally amongst middle market aerospace/defense subcontractors.

AIRI has evolved from being an individual parts manufacturer to being a
manufacturer of subassemblies (i.e. being an assembly constructor) and being an engineering integrator. It currently produces over 2,400 individual products (SKU's) that are assembled by a skilled labor force into electromechanical devices, mixer assemblies, and rotorhub components for Blackhawk helicopters, rocket launching systems for the F-22 Raptor Advanced Stealth Fighter, arresting gear for the E2C Hawkeye and US Navy Fighters, vibration absorbing assemblies for a variety of Sikorsky helicopters, landing gear components for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, and many other subassembly packages.

AIRI's achievements in manufacturing quality control have enabled it to receive various international certifications that distinguish it from less qualified manufacturers, as well as several highly technical, customer-based proprietary quality approvals, including supplier of the year awards from notable customers such as United Technologies and Northrop Grumman.

AIRI has been quite acquisitive through much of 2007, adding all of the divisions referenced below.

Air Industries Machining Corp.   - Contract Manufacturing Founded in 1969 and located in Bay Shore, New York, Air Industries Machining Corporation manufactures aircraft  structural parts and assemblies for most of the prime contractors in the aerospace industry.

Sigma Metals   - Raw Material Distribution.  Sigma Metals is a specialty distributor of strategic metals, primarily aluminum, stainless steels of various grades, titanium and other exotic end user specified materials.  Sigma's products are sold to both aerospace/defense contractors as well as commercial accounts throughout the U.S. and numerous international markets.  Customers include the world's largest aircraft manufacturers, subcontractors, original equipment manufacturers and various government agencies.

Welding Metallurgy - Welding & Fabrication Founded in 1979, Welding Metallurgy stands as one of the premiere suppliers of welded assemblies for the aerospace and other industrial sectors.  Although specialty welding is its primary service, the company also has manufactured components for various sub-sectors of the commercial and military aerospace industries for over 20 years.  These components include manifold and torque tubes, tube and duct assemblies, tank assemblies, structural assemblies and acoustic muffler assemblies.

Blair-HSM Founded in 1951, HSM produces structural landing gear components, complex airframe machined parts, as well as hydraulic components. Established in 1979, Blair Industries produces hydraulic actuators, mechanical assemblies, a wide variety of kits, and complete landing gear assemblies. Blair and HSM were merged into one facility in 1999. Today, Blair-HSM offers a low cost facility with capabilities ranging from basic to complex landing gear assemblies.  For over 10 years, Blair-HSM has been a certified supplier for all divisions of the world's largest provider of landing gear to the industry's prime contractors, and maintains similar standing with France-based Messier-Dowty, the world's second largest provider of landing gear.

The Blair-HSM announcement was released recently (November 16, 2007), and the Company indicates that it will add "annualized revenues of approximately $16 million and will be immediately accreetive to earnings" in FY 2008
