Unbelievable Share Price!
I was wondering what the he## went down here ?  >:D

Before B/K LEAR is penny stock around $0.35 and
now when it emerged from bankruptcy, its PPS is now $100+.
These people have to distribute at least 250M $ in the next 3 years , between all the old shareholders some people are out a very big part of their total money.
Looks like a repeat of K-Mart.
The law is in a shambles. Corrupt and owned by the corporations. This management team belongs in jail. Yet the law supports them.
These guys are a bunch of scam artists ! Last summer 2 months before they filed chapter 11 , they said they are fine and are going pull through the recession without any bankruptcy...as we all know they did!...people lost a @#$% load of cash on them..... dint buy this turd !

After listening to last cc call I thought the company was OK, Although domestic business was down over seas seemed to holding its own with over a billion dollars in cash CFO seemed to be confident that company could get through this uncertain time then BAM chapter 11. Commons are wiped out new stock is issued What a white collar scam...If the company had all this cash why was this dip financing needed ?(oh and the new owners of the company...you guessed it the same lenders who gave the company this questionable DIP financing...our bailed out banks.) Lear corporation what a PATHETIC way to do business.
