CYAD has an excellent product for this summer.

TORRANCE, Calif--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2005--CyberAds Inc. (OTCBB: CYAD - News) is pleased to report that the design and engineering departments at Aqua Xtremes and Sumeeko Industries have been actively exchanging specifications, drawings and other engineering information over the past few weeks in preparation for production of the XBoard. The two companies signed an agreement June 1st that will provide for manufacturing of the XBoard at Sumeeko's facilities in China. Approximately 50,000 square feet of existing space has been designated for assembly and the initial production run to insure that XBoard arrives this summer to the distribution network in North America. According to Aqua Xtremes, full production is anticipated within 100 - 140 days. Sumeeko Industries is a Taiwan based manufacturing company with plants in Kaohsiung and Shanghai, China.
For more information about Sumeeko, including photographs of the plants and a detailed release from the manufacturer go to www.XBoard.com, click on updates and select 6.2.05 update.

"Over the past few weeks the design and engineering teams at Aqua Xtremes and Sumeeko Industries have been in constant communication as we prepare for production," stated Art Robins, CEO of Aqua Xtremes. "Their operations ship precision parts throughout the world, including to the "Big Three" auto makers in the US. Their normal operations run 24/6 and have a work force in excess of 400 employees," he added.

"This is terrific news for the team at CyberAds and the network of distributors and dealers that is being developed in North America," stated Jeff Criswell, President of CyberAds. "With a stake in the ground for delivery of product, we are moving forward to assign distributors to open territories and implement distribution programs."

Hi netman,

People who are still in CYAD should review their thoughts on cyberads. Not that this company or product is bad, no no. I mean how does that stock match with your expectations in regard of time frame and instant reward.

Looking at the current scenario it seems to me as there are at the moment too many week hands in the market and no or little serious accumulation. This you can see as the stock is moving mostly on news only. And as per Chart - often stocks are retracing and are sneaking along the 50MA until they break out a second time. That could happen to CYAD, but when?   ???
For someone who has the goods to hold a while that should be resolved within a certain time frame. I think a significant milestone could be if the product will be really physically in the market so that other sources as cyberads itself are speaking about this product. This could be the breakthrough point.
It seems that at the moment that this product and subsequent investment is known only to an relative small circle of freaks and insiders. If the XBoard is getting more popular the outlook for this share may change.
Maybe there is a possibility that we are very "early birds" and we have just to discipline ourselves in order to reap the fruits.

I am also long in CYAD, and i am accumulating. But, whenever I want to bye the price moves slightly up and stays there and is not getting filled. If I cancel the order, after a while the price moves back, and so on, and so on. Liquidity is down these days and very week hands seems to have been shaken out.

Thx andy man
I am also keeping the stock because they are going to launch xboard this summer (Aug Sept). They are doing alot of publicilty. Hope Xboard will be a hit.

I'm still holding CYAD also,..i bought it at a higher price of .209....so, i've been staring at a much lower price for awhile. I do believe it will rise again and hopefully take off in the summer as the product is a good one and unique in the market.

good luck to all us holders,

julia

TRUNK

Personally I don't see the product becoming popular especially with an $8,000 price tag.. Who is it being marketed to?  If it is being marketed at Xtreme sport enthuiasts they just aren't going to buy it.. you can do so much more with a wakeboard which is just a few hundred dollars.. Granted you have to have access to a powerboat to pull the wakeboard, but thats not a problem..

Honestly, looking at the videos the XBoard can't do much of anything as far as tricks are concerned and that is what the Xgames clientile want.. They want to do DoubleUp540's and other tricks, that is whats cool, I think the Xboard would be perceived as lame to the clientele they are trying to make their customers...

I think your investment will work out though, I'm sure the stock will spike and run once the product hits the market, but eventually I don't think the product will succeed much at all or any among its perceived customer base

netman

Trunk,
You are right with this much price tag it is difficult to market Xboard
I am just waiting for the spike to come and I am out.

andyman

Hi Trunk,

Holyday greetings ahead.

From the fundamental and long term view you could be correct. If they are really going to sell it for 8k$ than the euphoria will be limited. A adjustment of the price could offset some of the not latest freakish features.
I could imagine the use as a simple summer water transport for someone who does not want to tow always a boat with himself around. To trigger the acceptance of the wide clientele for this purpose the price should be at least down to 1/3 or less. And until now it is only self-promotion, that's right.

However in general, this stock is at quite depressed level and with a applicable product a certain price fantasy should be there. At least ½ or 1$ could be in.
I agree, good feeling for timing will be required. If sale does not pick up as expected, a rally could be quite short lived.
