I'm thinking there's something up with this stock.  No news or SEC filings to drive today's run.  The last SEC filing was an 8-K filled on 9/30/05 announcing "Henry Seduski resigned from his position as a
director of Ambient Corporation".

9/30/05 8-K :: http://xml.10kwizard.com/filing_raw.php?repo=tenk&ipage=3709455

Today's chart looks pretty good, but I'll let the TA to the experts.

Chart looks pretty nice...broke over last recent high set at .16 and broke over the 200MA at .162. Volume has been decent lately.
Needs to crack that next res. of .17.

ABTG did well again today on its little uptrend, moves slow and steady.

It actually did close at hod...the .181 hod was a fat finger that traded inbetween .172 x .173.

This grant means that Ambient's X(2) has been certifiedby the FCC to be fully compliant with FCC rules and requirements forAccess BPL equipment.

Ambient's X(2) was lab and field tested by an independentFCC-certified laboratory. The nodes were tested with Ambient's fullproduct suite of couplers, including overhead, underground, medium-and low-voltage, at multiple locations, in different geographicalareas. The test results and required documentation were then submittedto the FCC's Office of Engineering and Technology (OET). Ambient'sX(2) has been certified to be fully compliant with all FCC rules andrequirements for Access BPL equipment based on the lab's test reportand successful demonstration of required functionality, includingremotely-controlled and flexible notching capabilities.

"We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to proceed with this first phase of commercial deployment with a leading utility. As we have stated over these past few years, we have positioned ourselves as a leader in this burgeoning BPL industry."
