With the Nasdaq break over resistance for the first time in a long time without volume unfortunately, do you feel it is time to be fully leveraged??  I have been waiting all year to get aggressive and in the right names.  Do you feel it is time to start positioning and going into margin, or do think we wait for volume confirmation.  The other note is that for a Friday in July volume was not all that bad??

so basically the question is: If the Nasdaq were a stock would you buy it?  And looking at it that way I am not yet convinced because of the volume.  You have a good point about it being a Friday in July.  Lets see if Monday shows conviction but in my head I'm thinkin its not ready yet.

So what would you look for on Monday?  Does it need a higher close with volume?  Or if we start higher on volume intraday is that enough?
