how long can a bull flag be before you have to look at it as a bearish price channel?

Im currently long in GTCB, and just wondering if im seeing a flag or a bearish price channel right now:

I looked in the Master Swing Trader; 15 to 20 bars max. It's currently 17 bars so it have to get up soon or else it appears to be a bearish price channel
