After Hours

Could someone please explain the trading in the after hours??
Very often there are shares traded in the after hours for very high prices, that aren't logical at all..

Yesterday for example GTCB was traded for 1,85  The high of the day was 1,74 and it closed at 1,73 and no news or whatsover.
In this case it was 100 shares on INET at least .

Who is crazy enough to buy shares at 6% above the price it was and probably will be at the opening today??
