Sold VPHM, CKCM and ELN.

Bought USGL, NXG, TGB and DIET

Holding: ERS, USGL, NXG, TGB, DIET.

You can see I have gone more defensive I am not trusting this market. I would add more ERS if it give another golden dip opportunity. I would watch DIET and if it falls below the support zone then may sell.

Goodluck all.

I think ERS is what you can truely call 'Stock on Fire'. I am curious why David's filter did not pick up, or why they are still not picking up.

I bought DIET for short trade and not with long term prospective. Though after reading 1reilly post on DIET thread I would be doing DIET without using DIET products for the next 30 days. So I will be briefly posting what I am doing daily. Now thats going to be first time that I would really love something going down. I hate not getting fit into Stocks on fire TShirt.

My strategy for DIET is to use only the following for a day: Diet Pepsi [as much as I can drink :)], Sugarless Gum [Full Pack of 20 Orbit sticks], Max 2 Apples, Max 2 Oranges, Max 2 Veggie patties with bread, footlong Subway at night or any other equivalent with lot of fresh salad, Max 2 Yogurts. All this stuff is available at COSTCO and I would buy them for the whole week Sat Morning. I will put the cost of the purchased food and will let you know how much easy or difficult is to prepare. I dont see any preparation at the moment.  The bottomline is to see whether DIET offerings are supperior in anyway to what a folk like can buy from a grocery/wholesale store and still get the results with least trouble. >:D

Holding: ERS, USGL, TGB, NXG, DIET

Goodluck all.

I think any thing related to metal and energy is going to do well in the next week. I am eyeing some opportunities but would see should I jump back on old friends.

On diet front I did free analysis [posting at the bottom] of my weight at ediets and thats the most I am going to do there. My weekly supplies will come from COSTCO and if I ever intend to eat out then its going to SUBWAY.

Goodluck and healthy living.

I see no reason to panic. But will see what to do now.

Sold ERS to protect my 30% profit and to release some money for other stocks.

Bought VPHM.

Goodluck and healthy eating.

Sold USGL, DIET, NXG.

Bought ERS at 17.34, thats almost 6 points lower then I sold yesterday. If its bull market correction then this is the best stock to own, if its bubble trouble then I would run for covers sooner. But for correction this is the strongest recoverer.

I would be watching ERS for any weakness and would place close stop loss. Though I will be considerate of any volatility. Though 20 day EMA lies near 17 and stock closing below this level would be an obvious sell signal.

Goodluck all. In passing I am down 3 pounds just being on groceires for last few days.

Sold EGY, AVII.

and finally, bought GOOG. For if there is any 'big cap' and 'tech' rally then GOOG should outperform. Otherwise I am now quite used to flip and flop. Market will tell.

Action in ERS is ok. Though I would not like any close in red.

Sold MRB near the highs of day [that trade was from my work ;)]

Holding: ERS, GOOG, VPHM. EZM, and TGB.

I am not amused by GOOG drop but will give it couple of days.

Goodluck all.

I am protecting my 15% gain in ERS and selling. I am also locking my 10% gain in TGB. In addition I am taking EZM off table for 4% loss.

Now left with GOOG and VPHM. Will probably wait on them till next week.

There is sharp selling going on and I think there are sellers at every resistance.

I am about 71% cash and would watch which way the market turns before jumping back. GOOG and VPHM are unique plays and I think I can hold them for a while. But I am not much enthusiastic about that ;)

Goodluck all and healthy eating.

Quite a knockout market. I am quite pleased to holding lot of cash. I am 'neutral' and looking for some opportunities.

I think picture may become clear after the Fed announcements.

Barrons has hit hard on Google and I am expecting GOOG to take hit at open. Will hold.

Goodluck and healthy eating.

Sold PTSC [I am still bullish on stock but I am not taking any chances before Fed opens its mouth tomorrow, also I have to neutralize my losses in GOOG].

Sold TGB for breakeven due to Fed and CEO opening their mouths tomorrow. I really hate holding stocks infront of earnings.

Bought TRAD, AOB, NIHK [G's Pick]

Goodluck and healthy eating.

Its hard to focus. I am damned tired at the end of day. I did not find time to write yesterday, but I made two buys: HQSM and PTSC. Today I also bought ELN.

I am doing some soul searching and reached the conclusion that I was day trader and I am
'day or two or three' trader. Realizing this fact has infact helped me understanding some of my mistakes and realise some of my better trading strategies. Anyway, I hope to be myself.

Holding: AOB, HQSM, NIHK, PTSC, TRAD and ELN.

Goodluck and healthy eating.
