Thanks Lucas, however, I got another spanking from IGII. Though I am holding.

Just too busy in quiting my present job and taking up another job. So can't concentrate on market.

Goodluck all.

When too many people expect a thing to happen in Market it usually never happens. Anyway I did not wait for dead cat bounce. I am out of all my holdings and into cash. It may be bottom but I am not risking more then I have already lost. Anyway, the today paper thin volume action and some green is just not right kind of thing I would like to see for buyers or 'holders'.

Anyway if you are holding any position my strong goodluck is for you.

I can't say much about the money market but would like to share one thing that being an engineer I have found too many better job offers that I really think that things are not as bad as ppl are predicting. But I will be waiting out. Its a good time to make wish list.

Goodluck all.

Though I intend to fund my second account today, I certainly see risk in bottom calling. I will be in cash. I have one more thing worrying which is not raising much of its head now. Its the Back Dating Option Scandals. This is going to shake the corporate world in a way I dont see very friendly.

Anyway, weather here in LA is great. Drizzle, light cool breeze and lot birds chitters.

Goodluck all.

Bear markets has no support and bull markets has no resistance.

Today's action seems to be dead cat bounce, followed by more losses. I did a quick loss trade on CHID and now feel more bitter. Anyway, its part of the game. I am not entering the woods again unless bears have fed enough.

Today I sat through the whole market and my take is that this market has more room to go down. I bought number of positions but sold all [including CHID, for which I am kicking myself]. But I am not yet bullish on market. So its better to sit out. It seems like that the indices will close red. The market has to stop sliding down and consolidate, then there may be opportunity for long trades. Till then I will suggest preserve your capital.

Goodluck all.

Day traded GV and bought some stocks for short trading toward the end of day.

Goodluck all.

hermanpu

nice trade on GV.
I also got CHID on the little bounce to .74
Thought it was gonna be a bull run. I'm still holding, added some more today a .64
Not sure if shorting is dangerous at this point, the market seems to be getting some momentum from the last two positive closings. GL
HOKU seems like a good one to short :)

Thanks hermanpu for stopping by.

I am bit more confident with the market but will keep one foot in the exit door. Made some buys in ELN, CKCM and CHID.

Holding: AE, CHID, CKCM, CKGT, ELN, FRD, IVN, OLGR, PVMCF

If anyone has any experience for trading over cell phones/PDAs in US I would appreciate if you like to share with me.

I have cell phone subscription with SPRINT but will get one with either VERIZON or T-MOBILE if they have something better for trading over PDA. But overall I am looking for any good or bad experience in this regard.

Goodluck all.

The market it seems is flirting again. I donot trust the market action at the moment.

I am lying low, holding only AE and GV, the later I bought today and the former is ridiculously cheap to be sold at current levels. Due to my new job I dont have access to market during normal hours. So I am using the premarket limit orders for buys and sells. I think in such a market dont marry a stock no matter how good it looks on paper. But some story stocks are worth looking at, including GV {Hurricane}.

Goodluck all.

I can take a half sigh of relief, my sell order for GV was executed today at open, AE did not. I dont want to paint a gloomy picture but its true that time to buy stocks is not yet here. I am still holding AE and will sell into any strength. Same will be in the mind of many holders. So it creates a ripple effect. Just in conclusion its not pretty out there. You can beat the market now by just staying in cash. Best thing will be to make the wish list. I have GV and CHID as two top buys on the list whenever the market shows clear signs of bottom.

Goodluck all.

In this market its best to sit out on hands. I am now back in cash and hope to be so. Meanwhile I think market will alure dip buyers and will then slaughter them in turn.

Bought today GDX and GLD. I am not excited about the market but will hold them unless the market say otherwise.
