PFSW has awesome fundamentals (after a remarkable turnaround), yet the stock barely moves. Probably buddjas1 is right and investors will wait for further confirmation of the fundamental improvement. And then they'll drive the stock up 5 fold in less than a year ... this often happens with micro-caps.

I'll patiently keep holding PFSW.

looks like its perfect time to buy, fast stochastics is close to over sold and RSI 2 is oversold.

I agree pinoleropuro, even though I don't have much faith in those technical indicators.

Also on the technical side, the stock touched my short term ascending trendline for the 5th time.

PFSW's conference call was the most detailed I've ever heard. Management disclosed everything about its business, all the metrics they use ... (if you have time check the conference call transcript on my previous updates).

The CEO and CFO specifically said they wanted to be conservative and over deliver, not over promise. Hence they didn't raise full year EBITDA guidance, despite the 2nd quarter being much stronger than even they expected. But I believe I'm assured the future for PFSW will be bright and the company will easily beat its own guidance.

The stock is valued at a ridiculously low 1/10 of annual revenues. I'll keep holding PFSW for the long term.

David Randolph

A few words from the conference call:

«We see these results as a testimony to the execution and the focus that we've maintained since the merger was completed almost 18 months ago. And it's consistent with our vision and strategy that we communicated when we consummated the merger. Most important, we believe that returning the company to profitability after completing the integration and transition of the merger is a starting point, not an end point, in our evolution as a public company. Everyone in our organization is energized by our recent accomplishments, but the overall excitement here and at eCOST is clearly about the future and there's good reason for that.

The eCOST business continues to show a substantial improvement trend. Revenue for eCOST increased sequentially in each of the last 3 quarters and clearly this is a business that you would see the fourth quarter as its seasonal peak. Gross profit margins have also improved, costs have trended down versus the prior year and just the overall energy and morale of the business is really solid at this point. All of these things together has led to a sharp reduction in eCOST losses versus the second quarter of 2006 and we're trending to see continued improvements in that area.

Our Services division also showed continued revenue growth. We are encouraged by the recent improvements in our sales lead pipeline, which are relatively significant, and Mike will give you some highlights on that in a minute. We had really strong proposal activity for new business in this last quarter.»

Things can only get better at PFSW. I'll keep holding.

David Randolph

Let's talk about PFSW's pipeline:

«Our prospective new business pipeline is currently valued at approximately $38 million based on client projected volumes. Compared to a pipeline value of about $25 million we reported in our first quarter Conference Call. So a significant improvement in the value of our pipeline quarter-over-quarter.»

This is very significant for a $48 M market cap company, don't you think? If the new business pipeline is internally valued at $38 M, if the valuation is correct, the rest of the business is being valued by the market at $10 M, which is ridiculously low.

We had a $1.04 close yesterday. We'll we see a bullish breakout above $1.08 over the next couple of months? You bet.

Broke the resistance at 1.08, looks like buyers stepped in and are taking it up...A close above 1.13 would be really nice...and a good PR would be excellent timing.

All started in the last 30 minutes or so, lots of buying right then, either a single individual or maybe an institution started buying.  Very nice Marubozu! >:D

Finally, the World is starting to make sense again, as a return to sanity made investors push PFSW up and breakout above the key $1.08 short term resistance level. The fundamental turnaround was published in big letters more than a month ago, but it took this length of time for the price to respond accordingly. Talk about inefficiency. That's actually a good thing, because without inefficiencies it would be much harder or even impossible to beat the general market.

I'll sleep better tonight. See you tomorrow.

Nice pattern forming here (rounding bottom)... It could be double from the current level. ;D

Absolutely, even better than I initially thought. I'm going to have a cup of coffee now and then will write a brief updated analysis for the Video Portfolio holdings in the proper place before I enter the vacations period.

Just a quick chart update for PFSW:
Very interesting chart... the recent breakout generated a nice price advance, pushing finally PFSW out of that extensive trading range. Given the amplitude of the trading range in question, I would point a technical target for this breakout @ $1.34, but off course this is just a technical projection. The first resistance is located @ $1.23 followed by January's high of $1.44, the support level is now the old resistance @ $1.08.
I must say I really like this kind of chart ;)

Portfolio Instructions:
Hold PFSW
