What is the million $$ portfolio?

What can I say more about HYRF?

QuoteHYRF is a long term fundamental holding of the 3 Pennies on Fire Portfolio.

Reading this whole thread you know why I bought the stock and why I need to continue holding it for the upcoming quarters. I believe revenue will grow, a lot, at this company, and the order book shows that, unless HYRF and EYII are both lying.

Reading through the DD, all I can say is you conviced me!!! I am in at .175.....

Looks like a super short and long term hold... 500 million in revenues over the next 2 years. This stock is obviously under the radar... I just wonder for how long???

stout7735

Is EYII dragging down this stock today???? How dependant is it on EYII's chinese letter of intent to go up??? I bought 4000 shares yesterday  at .18... ??? ??? ???

I truly believe that those of us who are patient with this one will be rewarded.  Here is some after the bell news released by EYII that bodes well for both HYRF and EYII.  This should be just the beginning.

EYI Industries Initial Sales From Code Blue Water Filtration System
Tuesday August 23, 4:28 pm ET

BURNABY, British Columbia, Aug. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc. (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News) (http://www.stopdrinkingpoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that pre-launch sales of the patented Code Blue(tm) water filtration systems have surpassed expectations as 2,900 Code Blue(tm) units have been ordered in advance of any promotion.

Thanks for posting the news stocksquire  :)

EYII managers and investor relations have clearly changed strategy, since they're probably disappointed with the market action over the last week or so.

Now they're delivering hard numbers and facts, not expectations about the future or future enormous deals. And the fact is, 2900 Code Blue filters were sold to EYII distributors in a couple of weeks for revenues of $160,000, that is, each has a cost of approximately $55.

I estimate that they're paying $21 for each code blue to HYRF (the producer of the product), so the 2900 filters sold generated revenues of $60,900 to HYRF.

The 2,900 filters were sold so fast that EYII has ordered somewhere in between 15,000 and 20,000 more code blue filters. That will generate revenues of between $315,000 and $420,000 for HYRF in the next 2 to 4 weeks, according to EYII CEO.

HYRF has a market cap of $6.2M. I believe in the product the company makes and hard numbers, sales and profits will be shown in the upcoming earnings reports.

So I'm a long term holder of HYRF and I don't mind the short term volatility and lack of visibility.

David Randolph

Fundamentals always win over the long run, and there's little doubt fundamentals are attractive on HYRF. I'm holding this penny stock for the long term.

David Randolph

I don't want to consider the short term candlestick developments on HYRF.OB, so for today I'll show you the big picture on the chart below.

Just watch the volume and the descending trendline breakout. Join this with the future fundamentals of the company and you get a big advance. That's what I'm waiting for with HYRF.OB, not some sardines ...

David,

I e-mailed HYRF and asked where the filters and other products are manufactured.  Rebecca Morgan, PR representative, responded  and said that HYRF has an agreement with WAL S.A. ( a manufacturer in Geneva, Switzerland) to provide pitchers and filters. Since HYRF does NOT produce the product, this may have some effect on your revenue calculations as indicated in Reply #21.

David Randolph

Thanks for the info baltojohn2003  :)

I suspected that when I was looking around their website. No, it doesn't change the revenue calculus. They sell each of those filters for about $21, after they buy them from that Swiss company for $X.

The price they pay the swiss company is their cost, the price they sell the product is their revenue. The difference is the gross margin. I don't know the gross margin, but the calculus I've made is about revenue, and revenue growth (and eventually profit growth) is the primary reason for me to hold this stock for the long term.

Again, thanks a lot for the info.

From a technical standpoint, HYRF is set to take out the g spot from 2 weeks ago at .23.

Here is the deal.

Had a long conversation with the CEO.
I am Buying a ton of shares here because :

-  The EYII Executives have been in China this week to in the words of the HYRF CEO,
To try to Finalize the deal.  Said Letter of Credit is what they are there to get.

-  NO Other Companies are up for the bid, just HYRF product thru EYII

(Also Buying alot of EYII here as 50 Day Moving Average)
They get the Letter of Credit and no telling how high we go.

-  ONLY company with the MARTI system for the water

-  Now, HYRF is fine with or without the deal, so bought regardless
So many patents and deals in process

-  HYRF just had a large order (PR) that will hit the books

-  Chart came down from 38 cents or so recently

-  Great selection, David !

All I can do is go off of the conversation.  Recommend that you call him with any questions.
Many things can happen for a deal to not go thru, but he said very positive about the LOC.

Maybe a PR when they return from China.
Just one opinion, do the research

I bought in the other day at .175 cents. Liking more of what I see I added yesterday at .20 cents.

The volume tells the tale as far as I am concerned. Barring any negative news I see a gap in the making... The pressure is building and it is just a matter of time.....

Excellent find Dave....

I bought a nice sized chunk at .21, this looks to be a solid stock with plenty of opportunities.  Volume tells.. volumes, excuse the pun.  Volume tells me this stock is just being discovered, and this will bring many benefits to both long and short term traders alike.  Good luck all, I feel confident about this one
