I think Cyad will be going higher in next 4 weeks because of the launch of the Xboard.
This is said to be launched in late summer, so should see momentum building . Just wanted to see any takers on this or this opinion.  Good Luck.

fill_the_gap

I called them yesterday and spoke with the CFO.

It will take a minimum of 2 months.
The government needs to test 250 hours of it for approval.

And CYAD will only get $ 500 per sale.
They are close to $ 7,000 to buy.

Agreed, that it will move on hype.
But no commercials or release until the product is tested and approved.

And seems to have some dilution of shares ?
Just one opinion, do the research

If you read the press releases they state on July 5th they would be sending the X-Board for EPA testing.

Tuesday July 5, 5:00 am ET
``Testing will take approximately two weeks,'' explained Art Robins, CEO of Aqua Xtremes. ``Based on preliminary testing that was completed by our engineering team, we are confident that the engine will pass the EPA requirements with flying colors.'' The engine delivers 39.5 horsepower and is a rotary design. It is lightweight, has fewer moving parts than traditional engine designs and will be a significant advancement in the marine engine category. XBoard has been tested at speeds exceeding 40 mph with a passenger weighing over 200 pounds.

``This is a milestone event for XBoard, and all of us involved with the development and distribution of this unique product,'' stated Jeff Criswell, President of CyberAds, Inc. ``EPA certification is a critical step in the production process and we are all very confident that this goal will be achieved in the next few weeks.'' CyberAds is negotiating with distributors for exclusive territories throughout North America for the sale and rental of XBoard. The company acquired the North American distribution rights for XBoard.

Parties interested in reseller opportunities are encouraged to contact CyberAds representatives at (800) 288-3099 or visit http://www.cyadxboard.com for more information.

It is nearly September  ???

This Stock moves up or Down on Press Releases. Look at this press release yesterday!

Change in FYE or Articles, Other Events

Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective as of August 19, 2005, the authorized capital of the registrant was increased to 500,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share. The increase in the authorized common stock occurred in conjunction with the change of corporate domicile from Florida to Nevada. The Articles of Amendment were previously filed as an exhibit to the registrant's Information Statement filed July 19, 2005.

Section 8 - Other Events

Item 8.01 Other Events
Effective as of August 10, 2005, the registrant changed its corporate domicile from Florida to Nevada.

If this company was looking to launch their product over the next 4 weeks would they not have already sent out a Press Release stating the approval from the EPA testing Lab!

This would be good news and since the stock goes up everytime they send out a positive Press release. I as the CEO would want this information sent out as soon as i received it.

The company has not yet stated a Price Point for this product! ( I have not found one on web site) Please advise if anyone else has.

Until this company launches a date to be able to start manufacturing this product and shipping it out! ( As a marketing Company how can you tell your distributors when they can start taking orders?) When the product is ready. The stock is priced very low and anything can happen! Until they release a date to start selling the product or atleast have it passed by the EPA Lab the stock will stay under .10

I will wait to get back in when these releases happen! So put it on the radar! It may happen in 4 weeks or 4 months or maybe Never!( They are a OTCB stock for a reason)!

FILL the Gap! Appreciate your response I was in the middle of posting while you were! So you beat me to it. Did not want to repeat what you said. I guess we were both on the same page! LOL

CyberAds Targets Xtreme Sports Products for Marketing and Distribution Programs
Wednesday August 24, 5:21 am ET

TORRANCE, Calif. , Aug. 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CyberAds, Inc. (OTC BB:CYAD.OB - News) is pleased to announce they are now aggressively targeting the Xtreme sports industry and anticipate marketing and distributing a new line of products in the coming months. Product categories include ``off-road'' and ``street'' motorized vehicles such as sand and dune buggies, gas and electric scooters, skateboards, specialized bikes, ultra-light and winged aircraft, unique powered and pulled water toys, and a variety of peripheral products associated with the rapidly growing extreme sports category.

``This is a natural evolution for our Company,'' stated Jeff Criswell, President of CyberAds, ``We are leveraging our market knowledge and utilizing our contacts to promote and distribute synergistic products that the X/Y generation is looking for.'' As an example, CyberAds recently launched a national media campaign with extreme sports broadcaster PlanetX TV in advance of the upcoming launch of XBoard. ``The PlanetX audience of over 75 million households is composed of young, excited consumers with disposable income which they are spending everyday on extreme sports products,'' continued Criswell. In addition to consumer marketing, CyberAds continues to market the XBoard to a distributor database of over 5,000 retail and rental businesses. These businesses will be viable prospects for other extreme sports products.

According to Criswell, CyberAds is aggressively negotiating with a number of manufacturers to represent their products. The products provide synergies with CyberAds marketing and distribution base and possibly allow for the opportunity to be acquired outright. The company has built a disciplined management and sales organization that has the experience and ability to cross-market any sports product that is targeting the 16-45 year old extremist. CyberAds is positioned as a ``virtual sales and marketing'' department for start-up and new product manufacturers.

Working with Aqua Xtremes, the manufacturer of XBoard, CyberAds has developed all marketing and sales activities associated with the pre-launch of the product -- including branding, website and internet marketing, promotion, merchandise design, trade show and demo events, advertising, POS programs and distribution network management. The marketing activity has set the stage for the upcoming release of the product to the distributor network. According to Art Robins, CEO of Aqua Xtremes, ``We are looking forward to the worldwide launch of the XBoard and its associated product lines in the next couple of months.''

"The Rhino RTV is amazing," exclaimed Jeff Criswell, President of CyberAds, after putting the RTV through the paces on a four-hour demo drive with his sales and management team in the rugged terrain north of Las Vegas. "I'm not a little guy," stated the 6'8" former NFL lineman, "and the Rhino RTV took me up and down steep slopes and over wild terrain without a hitch. I'm an avid off-roader, but I've never ridden anything like this before."

Howard Pearl, CEO and one of the founders of ROI, hosted the demo ride. Two 2-seat family sport models and two single-seat XT-1 models were available for the CyberAds team to put through the paces. The group also toured the ROI production facility in Henderson and had the opportunity to meet with the design staff and management team. In addition, the CyberAds team met with a Rhino dealer and one of the first owners of a Rhino RTV FS-2. "I was very impressed with the performance and design of the Rhino RTV," stated Criswell. "When you meet their team and tour their facility, it becomes very apparent as to why this is such a great product." They understand off-road vehicle design and the production process. The two companies are working together to build a sales and distribution network and implement a market launch of the innovative line of products.

"I am enthusiastic with the fact that the entire CyberAds management team took so much time to come see and test our products first hand. It's important to us that our partners have an understanding of how innovative and well-built this product is," stated Howard Pearl.
