ETLT prices plummeted dure to thei profit shrinked while their sheep embryo business disappeared. However, with the Company Annuncing on June 7,2005
" that the company has signed contracts that represent $15, 974,688 in revenue year to date. The income generated from these contracts is expected to significantly exceed all of the income generated in 2004. Management expects to sign additional contracts throughout the third and fourth quarters."
I think the company has succeesfully gained new business and profit will starting to grow again. With a trailing PE of 3, and much more cash/share than its stock price, this stock will have to rocket to the skies.

I posted   CXTI a couple of weeks ago, when it was under a $1, now it has made new highs, to $3.30.

This stock could have the same potential.  Keep on watch.

leighjam8

have you seen the news today, Expansion at home and the US.

The NAV is about USD1.25 and cash backing at 80c or more
This could earn about 25-30 cents in the next twelve months and clearly has AMBITIOUS plans.

This could represent a massive bargain at 50c ??

ETLT Profile; Pro & Con:

Knobias, Inc. Announces Eternal Technologies Group Inc. as the SPOT of the Week in Its Small-Cap ClipReport
Tuesday October 4, 11:58 am ET

RIDGELAND, Miss., Oct. 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Knobias, Inc. (OTC BB:KNBS.OB - News) announced today that it has selected Eternal Technologies Group Inc. (OTC BB:ETLT.OB - News) as the SPOT of the week in the Knobias Small-Cap ``ClipReport.''

Eternal Technologies Group Inc. is an agricultural genetics and animal husbandry company operating in China with the support of the Chinese Government. The company uses advanced breeding techniques and markets fine breed animal embryos, breeding stock and breeding services to develop larger, stronger and healthier livestock. The company began to sell lamb meat and transfer dairy cattle embryos in 2003.

The Bulls say:
-If ETLT were a U.S. company, you'd expect it to be trading at 15-20 times earnings, or $2.40-3.20 per share. Surely ETLT would be trading, at the very least, equal to ``cash'' or $0.75 per share. Instead, despite double-digit growth, ETLT trades at an unheard of 2.99 trailing P/E and is valued at nearly half of cash on hand.

The Bears say:
-ETLT reports a cash balance of $21.3 million, 1.46x its market cap. The only problem is that over 95% of it is ``arbitrarily restricted by management for certain uses within the People's Republic of China.'' Therefore, expansion plans outside the PRC must be funded through stock sales (dilution) or borrowing.

Technical Analysis (quoted from the blog Link!):

ETLT broke out of a 2-year bearish trend in the middle of August 2005, this break out is marked on the 1-year chart, and the downtrend may be seen on the 2-year chart. This breakout was very rapid and reached resistance in the high $0.50's.
In the immediate term, ETLT has entered a phase of consolidation. After such a long downtrend, many long-term holders who have been burned by ETLT are exiting after the uptrend. One may note that on the 3-month chart that since the end of August we have been entering a period of lower highs and higher lows. A bullish triangle formation is present and the price is declining slightly on low volume as the last of those who want to exit at this level are doing so. The near and long term resistance levels are in the $0.52 – $0.60 range, as can be seen in all of the charts. A move above this resistance level would signal a breakout and significantly higher highs. A good entry point would be close to the support level at $0.40-$0.45. This support level is fairly strong, it has been tested twice and has held for 2 months. One my also notice from the 1-year and 2-year charts that it looks as though a bullish inverse head and shoulders formation is present and the right shoulder is continuing to develop. A number of future catalysts could propel the stock to higher highs.

feedback always appreciated....

The symmetrical triangle, which can also be referred to as a coil, usually forms during a trend as a continuation pattern. The pattern contains at least two lower highs and two higher lows. When these points are connected, the lines converge as they are extended and the symmetrical triangle takes shape. You could also think of it as a contracting wedge, wide at the beginning and narrowing over time.

While there are instances when symmetrical triangles mark important trend reversals, they more often mark a continuation of the current trend. Regardless of the nature of the pattern, continuation or reversal, the direction of the next major move can only be determined after a valid breakout.

Edwards and Magee suggest that roughly 75% of symmetrical triangles are continuation patterns and the rest mark reversals. The reversal patterns can be especially difficult to analyze and often have false breakouts. Even so, we should not anticipate the direction of the breakout, but rather wait for it to happen. Further analysis should be applied to the breakout by looking for gaps, accelerated price movements, and volume for confirmation. Confirmation is especially important for upside breakouts.

Prices sometimes return to the breakout point of apex on a reaction move before resuming in the direction of the breakout. This return can offer a second chance to participate with a better reward to risk ratio. Potential reward price targets found by measurement and parallel trend line extension are only meant to act as rough guidelines. Technical analysis is dynamic and ongoing assessment is required.

Thanks la-onda

I watched also after the Knobias mention and had read about the in the past.

It has longer term resistance at 0.60 so a close above there on good volume could make it a nice play to hold a while. Seems it can be bought here also as support is close and volume suggests the upside short term

Thanks or pointing it out

Eternal Technologies Group's ''Breeding Base of Fine American Dairy Cattle'' Completed First Step with Success

Business Editors / Biotech Writers

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 2005--
Eternal Technologies Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ETLT) a leader
in the cattle embryo-transfer industry has successfully completed
phase one of building a breeding base of fine American dairy cattle in
China. During phase one, 2,000 yellow cows were purchased and
transferred to farming facilities where they will be used as host
animals for dairy-cow embryo transfers. The purchase of these 2,000
head of cattle marks a major milestone in the strategic growth of the
company and is one of the initial investments in a 37 million US
dollars investment program. To date, all of the cattle have been
registered, documented, and branded. The purchased cattle were culled
from a pool of approximately 6,000 candidates and were chosen for
their physical condition, adaptability and history of successful
gestation and reproduction.
By using the comparatively inexpensive domestic yellow cow as
surrogate mothers to produce thoroughbred dairy cattle on a mass
scale, the company will be able to decrease its production cost, and
reconfirm its leading position in the embryo transplantation industry.
The cost of a yellow cow is approximately one quarter of that of a
dairy cow, and each surrogate yellow cow is capable of undergoing
multiple transplantations. While the time required for the
reproduction cycle of breeding cattle is fixed, the method used by
ETLT to introduce dairy cattle into mainland China is both a practical
and efficient method of accelerating the proliferation of fine dairy
cattle. This will be a key factor in facilitating ETLT's growth. ETLT
is now scheduling the technical resources for the transfer cycle.
ETLT estimates that the surrogate cattle will deliver pedigree
Holstein heifer calves in September 2006. After a three-month period,
the calves will be distributed to dairy producers across the country
to ease the shortage of quality dairy cattle in China.
As a complementary project ETLT is establishing an "embryo
production laboratory for the production of fine dairy cows." This is
another integral part of the company's strategic plan as well as the
establishment of operations in the U.S.

To all in this stock,
Just want to give an example of one of my trading strategies. Look at bottom chart that la-onda posted at the very bottom you will see the 20 day MA and the MACD that's what I use have crossed  above the 20day line also look how the volume increases up or down as each buy and sell signal is given I consider that the buy signal line crosses above the MA and when it crosses back below it that is the sell signal The reason why I'm saying this is the buy signal was given before now which if you had entered when the buy signal was given you would have better profits. I call this MOM/MA trading. Movin on momentum/28 day moving average. I like using 28 days. Also when useing this system you might consider waiting a one or two days to buy to make sure it's not a fake signal to buy but I also search for some reason for the rise and if I see some I will usually go aheah and buy when the signal is given.
Good luck trading to all :)
