Interesting.  I got some at .27.  :)  I thought I'd throw in a chart.  Today's candlestick looks similar to the Nov 2004 'stick before the run to .595, although volume is only at 1.2M.  We may see 2M shares today.

Now above the 50DMA.

Thanks for the lead.

End of day chart.  Nice move.  Thanks catrader.  Here's an applaud.

Some info from the PR:

The KonLin Letter, published by Konrad Kuhn, cited the following reasons for its follow-up "Strong Buy" recommendation on EFSF:

EFSF is financially stronger having eliminated $300,000 in debt and over $100,000 in monthly expenses

Acquisition of MedElite, Inc. headed by Dr. Richard Goldfarb, M.D., FACS adds credibility to the management team and brings to the company a proven revenue-generating product, Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream, with limited competition in this niche $4 Billion scar cream market

Knock-Out Technologies, Ltd.'s Big Six Germicidal Plus and Anthrax Sporicidal products are moving closer to commercialization and ultimately sales

Dr. Goldfarb, the medical director of Bucks County Clinical Research Center could prove to be an important key for testing new products developed by the Knock-Out and MedElite subsidiaries, a hidden gem that Mr. Kuhn believes investors haven't come to realize yet

eFoodSafety.com, Inc. Subsidiary MedElite, Inc. Projects $8 Million in Revenue on Initial Roll-Out of Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream; First 18 Months of Sales Projected to Reach $8 Million
Dr. Richard M. Goldfarb, M.D., FACS, President of MedElite, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF), announced today that he is cautiously optimistic that the first 18 months of sales of the company's Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream within the U.S. alone will be approximately $8M and that although international numbers have not been projected to date, the company anticipates that international sales could easily eclipse domestic sales.

Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream (www.talsyn.com) is a specially designed compound for the management of Keloids, Hypertrophic Scars, Erythema, and Surgical Incisions. Talsyn(TM) has been clinically proven to facilitate healing and improve the appearance, redness, and strength of scars.

"The scar cream market in the U.S. is over $4 Billion and growing. The $8 Million projected in sales revenues only reflects a fractional percentage of that market's size. With the number of commission-based sales representatives working for MedElite, Inc., now at over 40, we are cautiously optimistic that we can reach or exceed our projections," stated Dr. Richard M. Goldfarb, M.D., FACS.

"We anticipate that the company's 3rd quarter ending January 31, 2006 will begin to reflect sales revenues from our Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream, while we further project double digit sales revenue increases for the remaining quarters of 2006," added Patricia Ross-Gruden, President and CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc.

Re-Post of earlier new; Completely "food-grade safe" products out there that can kill the Avian Influenza virus with 100% efficacy? I hope this is the only one.

eFoodSafety Subsidiary, Knock-out Technologies, Ltd.'s Big Six Germicidal Eradicates Bird Flu Virus
Tuesday March 29, 8:01 am ET

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2005--eFoodSafety.com (OTCBB: EFSF - News), a company that provides effective methods and products to ensure the safety of fruits, vegetables and meats, today announced through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Knock-Out Technologies, Ltd., that the Company's "Big Six" Germicidal product has demonstrated conclusive results in completely eradicating the Avian Influenza (Bird Flu) virus with 100% efficacy.
The "Big Six" Germicidal, constructed entirely of food-grade materials, is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and has completely eradicated all strains of the "bird flu" virus during independent laboratory testing.

According to Dr. Julie L. Gerberding, head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in a press release dated February 21, 2005, the avian flu epidemic is the most important threat that the CDC is facing right now and that scientists believe that, "it is highly likely that the virus that has swept through bird populations in Asia will evolve into a pathogen deadly for humans."

"Knock-Out Technologies has the product ready at the right time, prior to this virus mutating to a human form of pandemic proportions. We anticipate the number of lives that could be helped by this product's early use could be staggeringly significant," stated Mark Taggatz, President and CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc.

According to Mr. Taggatz, representatives of the company have been, and are, currently in contact with selected Asian countries to clear the way for immediate testing of this product in their regions.

About Avian Influenza

Avian influenza, or "bird flu", is a contagious disease of animals caused by viruses that normally infect only birds and, less commonly pigs. While all bird species are thought to be susceptible to infection, domestic poultry flocks are especially vulnerable to infections that can rapidly reach pandemic proportions. Such an outbreak could last years and be extremely devastating to the economic conditions of developing countries or where poultry raising is an important source of income. Further, the particular strand of avian influenza that is circulating presently has jumped the species barrier, causing severe disease in humans, even death in Thailand and Vietnam.
