IBSG International Announces Continued Record Profitability and Growth for Third Quarter 2005; IBSG International Reports 10 Cents per Share Increase For First 9 Months of 2005 Compared to the Loss of 9 Cents First 9 Months of 2004

CELEBRATION, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2005--

Fifth Straight Quarter of Profitability; All Business Segments
Continue to Grow

IBSG International, Inc. (OTCBB:IGII) (the "Company") is pleased
to announce the filing of its Form 10-QSB for the third quarter of
2005, which showed record profitability for the 5th straight quarter.
For the first 9 months of 2005, the Company recognized gross profits
of $3,497,176 as compared to gross profits of $1,839,853 for the first
9 months of 2004, an increase of $1,657,323 or 190%. Income from
operations increased $838,782 for the first 9 months compared to a
loss of ($3,112,732) for 2004. Net profits rose to $597,003 for the
first 9 months of 2005, as compared to a loss of ($3,301,652) for the
first 9 months of 2004. The substantial improvement in operations is
primarily due to implementation of various new projects and continued
expansion of existing projects that became revenue producing while
maintaining level operating expenses as the Company's income
increased.
During the three months ended September 30, 2005, the Company
recognized gross profits of $1,279,445 as compared to gross profits of
$1,012,759 for the same period in 2004, an increase of $266,686 or
126%. Additionally, deferred revenues increased to $980,968 as of
September 30, 2005, an increase from the deferred revenues of $940,505
as of June 30, 2005. Deferred revenues act as the continuing backlog
for the Company and only reflect the next fiscal quarter not the
entire future revenues of a contract. Income from operations for the
three months ended September 30, 2005 was $401,029 which is an
increase of $198,701 or 198% from the $202,329 recorded for the three
months ended September 30, 2004. Net income for the three months ended
September 30, 2005 increased to $274,007 from an income of $198,424
for the same period ended September 30, 2004.
For the first 9 months of 2005 net income per share rose to .10
cents compared to a loss of (.09 cents) for the first 9 months of
2004. Total shareholder's equity increased to $7,438,482 as of
September 30, 2005, an increase from the $553,656 reported as of June
30, 2005. The Company reported total assets of $8,909,726 as of
September 30, 2005, which was an increase of 109%, compared to the
total assets of $8,177,494 as reported in the second quarter of 2005.
Continued profitability demonstrates that the business strategy
continues to attain sustainable traction into the $6 billion markets
that are the targets for the various subsidiaries of the Company's
products and services.
Dr. Michael Rivers, CEO of IGII stated that: "The Company's
continued strong performance is due to a strong business model
combined with managed growth. The Company continues to grow
organically and we hope to expand our acquisition growth before the
end of the year. Our growth and positive performance is reflected not
only in the profitability reported for the fifth straight quarter, but
also substantial increases in every critical positive growth
indicator. Our projections for the year are based primarily on
business the Company has in hand and does not reflect some of the
tremendous opportunities we are developing both domestically and
abroad." The Company continues to execute its business plan of organic
and external expansion, and is in discussions with several possible
synergistic acquisitions at this time.

If there are any chart experts out there (ahhhhmmm...Setravis), or of course anyone that has any comments on this stock.  I have purchased this stock at .25 and now it has dropped a little. I don't want to sell this stock prematurely at a loss, as i have done so with several other stocks just to see them rise a couple of days or weeks later.

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts?

thanks very much,

Business Editors / Software Writers

CELEBRATION, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2006-- IBSG International, Inc. (OTCBB:IGII), a holding company for three software subsidiaries involved in turn-key digital service center software Sarbanes-Oxley and security solutions, and software development, maintenance and data storage, announced today it will be expanding its Johannesburg Initiative to cover all of South Africa at the request, of that Country's Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). Additionally, BAE Systems will fund part of the project from their international offset program. BAE is the principle shareholder of Global Eagle Strategic Empowerment Alliance Systems, the black empowerment partner of this project.

IBSGI projects the anticipated expanded initiative will likely generate revenues of approximately US $50 million over four years, with initial revenue of US $7.1 million. Of that, $4.5 will be for licensing and installation fees with the balance anticipated coming from project expansion through sub-licenses and monthly subscription fees per Small-Midsize Enterprise (SME). No assurances can be given that such revenues will be achieved and although definitive expansion agreements are expected to be executed, there is no guarantee.

The Partnership with South Africa-based Global Eagle Strategic Empowerment Alliance Systems, A Division International Limited and Galaxy Five (PTY), announced in December of 2005, will be working with 2 of IGII's subsidiaries, Intelligent Business Systems Development (IBSD), and IBS Group to roll out the project. IBSD, a software development, maintenance and data storage company, will implement the BizWorldPro(TM) system and provide technical support. IBS Group will work with Global Eagle and DTI to implement a public awareness campaign and provide direct marketing assistance to a broad range of in country business partners such as banks and business associations. Public awareness and marketing of BizWorldPro(TM) system will be integrated into the current public outreach programs of the Johannesburg Initiative as a value added service to the small-mid size and emerging business sector.

Dr. Michael Rivers, CEO of IBSG International, stated, "We are very excited about this expansion of a project that we see as a model for other countries. The international SME market is part of our long term strategy to eventually utilize the services of all of our subsidiary companies. Global Eagle and BAE offer other opportunities on the international markets. The demand for digital commerce and business management via the internet is as great internationally as it is domestically. IGII will focus this year on providing an international commerce trading platform or bridge between the SME markets both here and abroad. Utilizing the BizWorldPro platform combined with Secure Blue's Sarbanes-Oxley solution will make working with US public companies seamless and provide a broader range of opportunities for all of our subsidiaries."

IBSG International Executes a Letter of Intent to Buy A-Division IT Systems Limited; A-Division IT Systems Limited Has Projected Additional Revenues Of US$75 Million over Next 12-18 Months

CELEBRATION, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2006-- IBSG International, Inc. (OTCBB:IGII), a holding company for three software subsidiaries involved in turn-key digital service center software, Sarbanes-Oxley and security solutions, and software development, maintenance and data storage, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to buy A-Division IT Systems Ltd. (A-Division), a United Kingdom based company and partner in IBSG International's (IBSGI) South African project. A-Division is a subcontractor to BAE Systems and provides IT projects for BAE's offset programs by establishing IT Hubs. The acquisition is a performance based transaction combining cash and stock that management has been informed is valued at approximately $4 million. It is projected that over the next 12-18 months this transaction will generate US$75 million. No assurances can be given that such revenues will be achieved and although a final acquisition agreement is expected to be executed, there is no guarantee.

A-Division is engaged in international business development and consultancy in the Technology sector and is a subcontractor for BAE System's offset credit projects around the world. The purchase gives IBSG participation in e-commerce platform projects for Small-Midsize Enterprises (SMEs) in countries beyond South Africa. IBSGI's relationship with A-Division and BAE has already brought the South African project and opportunities with similar projects in Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and India.

Dr. Michael Rivers, CEO of IBSG International, said, "This acquisition increases the market presence of both companies. As a unified entity, ownership of A-Division will effectively make IBSGi a subcontractor on BAE's numerous offset credit projects throughout the developing world and provide a broad network of contracts in South East Asia, China and Europe. BizWorldPro(TM) will be A-Division's e-commerce platform for all its future projects. This is right in-line with our strategy to focus this year on providing an international commerce trading platform and bridge international commerce between the SME markets both here and abroad."

Professor Steven Grigg, Executive Vice President of BAE Systems, commented that the e-commerce projects, "have been well received in South Africa." He added, "The South African government is keen to see these projects implemented as it is well understood that they will support the development of the local SME market, which is a key focus for the government. Because of the benefits BizWorld Pro brings to the SME developing markets, we are now in discussions with our teams in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and India as well."

Thomas Lord Taylor of Blackburn, a director of A-Division IT Systems and member of the house of Lords in the UK, said, "We believe that these offset projects collectively offer significant benefits to governments around the world in supporting their industry development strategies and that sentiment has been shared by the UK government as well...We believe that the creation of an e-commerce trading network for SMEs, offered through the IT Hubs/BizWorldPro project provides rapid growth of new players in industries across the spectrum."

IBSG International Announces Fourth Quarter and 2005 Year-End Financial Results; Full Year Revenue Tops $7.6 Million; Sixth Straight Quarter of Profitability; Earnings Per Share Increases $0.13 From 2004 to 2005

CELEBRATION, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2006--

IBSG International Will Host a Conference Call Today at 11:00Am EST

IBSG International, Inc. (OTCBB:IGII) a holding company for three software subsidiaries, announced today its financial results for fourth quarter and year-end 2005.

Revenue for the three months ended December 31, 2005 reached $3.8 million, more than triple the $1.0 million for the last quarter of 2004. Similarly, gross profit climbed to $3.7 million up more than 370% from $1.0 million in the three months ended December 31, 2004. This was the Company's sixth consecutive profitable quarter.

Operating income for the fourth quarter of 2005 rose more than nine-fold to $2.2 million from $202,329 in the same period prior year. Net income grew by a similar multiple, surpassing $1.9 million, $0.04 per fully diluted share, in the last three months of 2005 compared with $198,424, or $0.01 per basic share, in the same period of 2004.

Dr. Michael Rivers, CEO of IGII stated: "Fourth quarter 2005 represented a break-through for IBSG International and its subsidiaries. The going concern statement has been removed from our financials. The period accounted for roughly half our revenues and gross profit, and about three-quarters of our net income for the year. Also during that time, we set the stage for our achievements of first quarter 2006. We created and announced our partnership with South Africa-based Global Eagle Strategic Empowerment Alliance Systems and Galaxy Five (PTY) LTD. of Johannesburg that led directly to our projected $37 million (license and subscription fees) agreement with South Africa's Department of Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to secure, implement, and promote the economic development trading platform, BizWorldPro(TM), in the Johannesburg region - which was expanded shortly thereafter at the South African government's request to cover the entire nation."

Rivers continued: "The fourth quarter of 2005 was also the period in which we were preparing for the opening of our technical center in Ahmedabad, India. This will not only save us $30,000 annually but also will allow us to service our client base around the Indian Ocean much more readily than would be the case from North America. It is a valuable selling point as we continue discussions with the Malaysian government and the UAE for a project very similar to our South African initiative."

He also said: "Since the quarter ended, we have continued progressing in the implementation of our business strategy. We have arranged to buy A Division IT, a move that will effectively make us a subcontractor on BAE System's numerous offset credit projects, such as the Malaysian initiative, throughout the developing world and provide a broad network of contracts in Southeast Asia, China and Europe. We are working with the State of Connecticut Small Business Development Center (CSBDC) and have launched the implementation of our digital management solution for use within the state's SBDC network. We also have simplified our receivables situation with regard to our business in Nigeria by selling the CAC contract to South Africa-based Galaxy Five (pty), Ltd."

Rivers concluded, "We have put in place many of the internal structures and made the necessary alliances to pursue our global business plan, and we have every reason to believe that the fourth quarter of 2005 marks the beginning of a significant growth period at IBSG International and its subsidiaries."

For the full year 2005 sales reached $7.65 million compared with $3.3 million for all of 2004. Gross profit was $7.2 million in 2005 against $3.1 million in 2004. Operating income in 2005 was $3.0 million while the Company had a loss of $2.2 million in 2004. Net income for 2005 was $2.5 million, or $0.06 per basic share; in 2004, there was a $2.4 million loss, or $0.07 per basic share loss.

Management of IBSG International will host a conference call today at 11 A.M. EDT to discuss the company's financial results and achievements. Those who wish to participate in the conference call may telephone (888) 335-6674, PIN # 7257828 approximately 15 minutes before the call. A digital replay will be available by telephone for two weeks and may be accessed by dialing (877) 519-4471, from the US, or (973) 341-3080, for international callers, and entering PIN # 7257828.
