A lot of hype and with NAUC slammed hard (& possible scam).  Is this company for real?

Last week the market enjoyed NAUC story...
Last week may be too far away ;) and old news are bad news in this kind of speculative ventures...

... and at first sight this company seems real. The chart is saying that too. I still couldn't get info about the market cap of OBDP, but I'll keep investigating.
