Joystar Attains $30 Million in Annualized Sales
9/27/05

ALISO VIEJO, CA, Sep 27, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) --
Joystar, Inc. (OTC BB: JYSR), the Nation's largest and fastest-growing travel agency network announced today the Company is experiencing sequential double-digit monthly growth in travel sales for 2005 and that August bookings reached $30 million annualized.

The dramatic increase in bookings for August puts the Company at a current run-rate of $30,000,000 in annual sales. William M. Alverson, CEO of Joystar, commented, "We are pleased to report the continued month-over-month growth in travel bookings. Based on the dramatic strength in bookings and rate at which they are growing, we believe we will reach $100 million in annualized bookings by the end of the first quarter in 2006."

Joystar's leadership position as the nation's largest and fastest-growing network of travel agents continues to gain momentum. The Company attributes its dramatic growth to several important factors including the opening and expansion of the Miami Cruise Center, enhanced preferred supplier commissions, and organic growth in professional agent memberships, which recently exceeded 2,500 professional agents.

The emerging virtual travel agency model represents $7.6 billion in travel sales annually (Source: Credit Suisse/ First Boston). Joystar is capitalizing on this model by providing this growing segment of the travel agent community with the resources to grow their businesses more effectively.

Alverson continued, "Joystar's gross travel bookings increased 100% from July to August which clearly demonstrates the acceptance of our value proposition to the travel agent community. It validates our strategy of forgoing sign-up fees and transaction fees in lieu of creating a true partnership with thousands of professional travel sellers." Although bookings do not constitute revenue or income under generally accepted accounting principles, the Company feels that the growth in bookings is increasingly an indication of the consumer buying its travel agent network is capable of generating.

About Joystar, Inc.

Expecting Record Earnings and Sales this past qtr/year... Insiders have been buying all constantly and they would not be doing that at this time if they were coming out with a less than stellar qtr/yearly results. Last insider buy was 60,000 shares on Feb 13th. 8)

GatewayStocks

FWIW....I got it from a reliable source that since this is the yearly report it is not due towards the end of the month...At least we now have a time-frame to work with....Somebody keep buying...GLTA

gmarc66

Well..i finally just decided to pick some up after i saw yet again more insider buying in the .70's range yesterday. Something definitely has to be up. So, i'm just going to set it aside and let it sit til its ready, never know when these things will move, but market is green so..could happen anytime, but this time i want to be ready..or else i know i will forget about it and miss out like i did on CTUM.

I had let CTUM go by when i had noticed all the insider buying going in which happened in the fall of 2005....ctum kept going up slightly and would fall back and doddle, then finally made its fantastic run these past couple of weeks. Run had first started just before good news was fianlly released..then when the news was released it tripled from that point.  Had i got in when i noticed the insider buys it would have been many multiple baggers more than that.

http://www.secform4.com/insider/showhistory.php?cik=jysr

So..after all that blab...that is why i bought JYSR....something has to be brewing.

wish me luck. :D

have  a great long weekend.

About BUYINS.NET

WWW.BUYINS.NET is a service designed to help bonafide shareholders of publicly traded US companies fight naked short selling. Naked short selling is the illegal act of short selling a stock when no affirmative determination has been made to locate shares of the stock to hypothecate in connection with the short sale. Buyins.net has built a proprietary database that uses Threshold list feeds from NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE to generate detailed and useful information to combat the naked short selling problem. For the first time, actual trade by trade data is available to the public that shows the attempted size, actual size, price and average value of short sales in stocks that have been shorted and naked shorted. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.

BUYINS.NET has built a massive database that collects, analyzes and publishes a proprietary SqueezeTrigger for each stock that has been shorted, www.buyins.net/squeezetrigger.pdf. The SqueezeTrigger database of nearly 600,000,000 short sale transactions goes back to January 1, 2005 and calculates the exact price at which the Total Short Interest is short in each stock. This data was never before available prior to January 1, 2005 because the Self Regulatory Organizations (primary exchanges) guarded it aggressively. After the SEC passed Regulation SHO, exchanges were forced to allow data processors like Buyins.net to access the data.

The SqueezeTrigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTCBB and PINKSHEET stocks. Each month the database grows by approximately 50,000,000 short sale transactions and provides investors with the knowledge necessary to time when to buy and sell stocks with outstanding short positions. By tracking the size and price of each month's short transactions, BUYINS.NET provides institutions, traders, analysts, journalists and individual investors the exact price point where short sellers start losing money.

thanks gateway for the heads up on JYSR just being listed on the naked short list.
However, SUWN, USXP,NIHK, VRDI...are also on the list, and were on the list during their runs.

I have seen stocks on this list many times before where the pps just took off regardless of them being listed on the naked short list. And, once off the list, doesn't mean that they will run. So, if a stock is ready to go, it will...and the shorts will just have to scitter around and try to cover ;D

Not saying that JYSR is going to run no matter what...but, insiders are buying for a reason...when this will go is yet to be dermined.
