I agree...I don't think it's bad news.  To me it sound like good news.

I tend not to worry about after hours unless, it's obviously bad news such as earnings miss or drug trial failure.

We shall see.  SIGA could be volitile tomorrow.

Anyway...as long as it doesn't enter the gap below 1.40...I think it's O.K.

If main shareholders rejected the deal it's because they see something better

Even though I made a different decision than FOUS on this trade
i think his reason is correct. He is responsible not only for his own money
but also of all those following his guidelines, and therefore his main
concern is and should be to preserve his portfolio as far as possible from
losses.

Looking at his portfolio's performance is enough to qualify his expertise.
