Lol fousc, how old are you? I used to do things like that not long ago, but never got arrested  8)

Now my 2 year old kid doesn't let me go wild in the night ...

Concerning EYII.OB, I think there's a lot of confusion in investor's minds, and that's normal, given the news.

EYII.OB didn't lie (is this right? you know english isn't my mother language), did it? I see HYRF.OB made false press releases (well, not false, they were just trying to push investors to their stock giving away information that was not in context).

I see EYII made two things over the last couple of weeks:

1) It issued negative press releases and SEC statements, but not with facts, just intentions.
2) During the last couple of months, EYII could have made an extremely positive press release, but it didn't. What was that press release?

They could have said «we buy Code Blue from HYRF on a consignment basis. We only have costs after we have revenues. So, there's little risk for us, and huge potential». But they didn't, did they? In fact, EYII left HYRF put the story as the revenues were going to them, that they were the big winners on the deal, bla, bla, bla.

EYII saw HYRF rise from $0.17 to $1.30 while it's share price didn't go nowhere in the entire process. They didn't spoil HYRF's fun, to their own loss.

Why?

1) Because they needed HYRF to produce the Code Blue and HYRF needed money, so they let them do it?
2) Because EYII wasn't worried about its short term share performance?
3) Because, just after the 160% one day rally on August 12, EYII's market maker said: «what the hell are you doing? Before talking so much on that big deal let us accumulate shares at lower prices»?

I don't know why. What I do know is that EYII is an excellent play at this moment, and I'm not saying this because I own shares at higher prices, you know I take a loss when I see one.

Everything is going as expected, when the stock was at $0.10 I said it was probable the stock would break the ascending trendline and trade for some time at the $0.06-$0.08 range, with most people feeling discouraged. Then a rise to values above $0.50 would occur.

I still believe this will be the outcome, in fact, recent news from HYRF make me even more a believer.

haha well me and my room mate polished off a half gallon of barbarosa spiced rum.......so we were pretty toasted. We were going to a halloween party at one of out buddies frat and i was suppose to use this other kids name that was on the party list to get in. Apparently i was too drunk to remember to use his name lol  :D . So they decided they werent gonna let me in and being determined to get in cause everyone i just came with got in, i wasnt taking no for an answer haha. By the way i have no memory of anything that happend until i was in jail. But yah i guess i pushed the president of the fraternity up agaisnt a car or something lol so they called the cops. Next thing i knew i was in handcuffs sitting in a cell not knowing why i was there cause i had blacked out haha. Then i had to call my mom to come bail me out from an hour drive away at 3:30 in the morning so she wasnt too happy about that one haha. Anyways, they gave some bs charges: harrassment, disorderly conduct, and tresspassing.

What a waste of a night....................

EYII.OB will probably continue trading at the $0.06-$0.08 range for some time. Before the year ends I see it breaking out and make a move to prices above $0.5.

No wishfull thinking here, I expect revenues coming from sales of the Code Blue to be the catalyst, after many confusing and negative news but with not so much relevance to the company's fundamentals overall.

Does anyone, besides me, wonder what's to stop the Chinese from making their own "Code Blue" pithers and Filters?

Gee..... it's not like they've never copied any other intellectual properties and produced their own pirated versions  ::)

Just something to consider as EYII continues to wallow in the abysss

It's possible, and I already had bad dreams about it. Although I have a small amount of money in this penny stock (because it is a penny stock), I feel great responsibility with it, since I've been talking bullish about it and it trades down and down.

I have no more bullish things to say about it, I know there are great risks to hold this stock (we don't know if the Code Blue will sell, we may face massive dilution), but with a market cap of $12.6M and possible revenues of $210M over 2006 and 2007, I feel that may be priced in.

I'll continue waiting and holding EYII.OB.

shawFund

I don't think that they will copy the pitches and filters and make their own.

If they wanted to do so, they can simply buy it from market and do their own research.

They do not need to sign any agreement with US companys at all.

If we hold this stock for one year, it may rebound from this level.

But David is a momentum player and I don't know whether David has the patient to wait for that long.

Right now I am in the same boat with David.

Usually I am willing to hold stock for one year but if the stock lost 7% from buying point, I will sell and look for opportunity to enter position for the same stock later.

That is sell it at $0.93 and buy it back at $0.40 or $0.20.

If David changed his mind to sell, I will take the biggest loss in my life with him.

My belief is that given the gravity of the Chinese water problem, why are we putting so much time and effort and investment opportunity into a penny stock that has a dubious reputation of selling modern day snake oil?

Another way of looking at this 'Chinese Water Play' would be to find solid, reputable companies that are actually contributing to the solution on a scale far greater than EYII which is basically reselling plastic water pitchers with a miracle filter.

Perhaps this means looking beyond consumer products such as Code Blue and focusing on infrastructure--civil engineering, desalination, purification, and the sort.

Just my $.02 worth.

Here's one.....

TTCH.pk

keepsavi

Well at least it's showing support around .05-.06.

with over a billion people in China I think there's room for a low cost water filter in a cheezy plastic pitcher

David Randolph

I know EYII.OB is down a lot, but I'm not very worried about it, being worried can't take me anywhere but down.

The stock now needs positive news to attract fresh money, and I'm convinced those news, in terms of revenues and profits, will come over the next quarters.

So I will patiently wait and continue holding the stock, despite a 47% loss on this position (about $470). Moves of this magnitude are to be expected, when penny stocks can fly 200, 300 or even 1000% in a short period of time.

Haha well David if you lived where i live in oregon im sure you would have gotten in trouble plenty of times  :D. Being 21 now i thought my troubles were over, guess not  :D The authorities around here arn't too friendly >:( They really don't mind handing out citations and arresting kids all day long. For instance this last Saturday the night after i got arrested i went to this huge block party and the cops ended up arresting 19 people at the party, They even got a newspaper article about it!!

19 arrested for alcohol violations

Some Beaver fans didn't take that homecoming football loss too well.

Corvallis police responded to an out-of-control party that an estimated 700 people attended in the 300 block of Northwest 15th Street on Saturday night, and unruly revelers threw bottles at officers, said Lt. Ron Noble.

"It was a few here and there — enough that we had to be watching," said Noble, the department spokesman. "The crowd wasn't too willing to have us around."

Police arrested 19 people for alcohol violations such as open container and minor in possession, Noble added.

Hundreds of partygoers were drinking outside, near 15th Street and Harrison Boulevard, after Arizona's 29-27 win over Oregon State University.

Officers stood back and took action as partygoers left instead of trying to confront the crowd.

A riot control-type response wasn't necessary, Noble said.

"Pushing to try and break it up would have caused more physical problems. The force wasn't warranted. We were able to sit around and monitor the party," he said.

If there were people being injured during the party or a large amount of property damage, however, officers might have escalated their response.

Officers' presence helped ensure that the party was contained and didn't spill out farther into the city, Noble said.

Benton County Sheriff's Office provided five officers to patrol the party for three hours, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and each was matched up with a Corvallis police officer. Oregon State Police also helped.

Police think they know who sponsored the party and will continue to investigate.

Noble said that officers dodging bottles "doesn't happen that frequently, but it's something we have to deal with ... I've been in those, and it's not the whole crowd. It's one or two people."

There have been times "years ago" officers have been hit by bottles and hurt, he added.

A public alleyway on 15th Street was closed because the party was spilling out into it.

"We would escalate the need for that type of response if there was a large amount of property damage or people getting hurt," Noble said.

Saturday was a busy day for Corvallis police, with 15 calls regarding parties, five fights, a stolen pickup, other disturbances and a second-degree assault case where a man attacked a person with a lawn chair.

At one point, 12 calls were waiting for an officer to respond. "Usually, we might have three or four,

On EYII,

i really have been disappointed with the movement of this one. I'll continue holding as long as it remains above that ascending trendline. Like you David im holding a hefty loss right now at about 46%. Biggest loss ive held since i started trading. I'm almost hoping it drops below that ascending trendline to give me an excuse to sell  >:D . Because HQSM and GLIF are looking attractive right now and droopy EYII's got my penny money locked up............
