CSMG Technologies CO2 Separator Method and Apparatus Patent Issued
New Gas Processing Technology Offers Economic Viability for Capture of Low-Quality Raw Landfill Gas
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Sept. 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CSMG Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:CTUM) announced today that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued patent No. 6,929,680, "CO2 Separator Method and Apparatus," for its landfill gas processing platform technology.

Don Robbins, CEO of CSMG Technologies, said, "The patent continues to build our intellectual property position for CSMG Technologies, and we are enthusiastic about the economic opportunity this technology brings to the landfill gas processing industry markets."

The CO2 separation technology processes low-quality raw landfill gas that is approximately 50% carbon dioxide and other gases and 50% methane into a usable commercial gas quality.

The ASME-certified 177-metric-ton technology complex includes compressors and technology for separating and removing high levels of CO2 content from raw landfill methane gas resulting in a quality methane gas suitable for the commercial natural gas market. The technology's efficiency is derived from an advanced technique that absorbs carbon dioxide and other impurities from the gas, rather than using a series of filters or membranes that become clogged over time.

Unlike competing high-BTU landfill gas processing systems that require 4,000 to 6,000 cubic feet per minute (cfm) to be economically viable during a soft gas market, the CSMG CO2 separation technology requires 1,750 to 2,000 cfm to be economically viable for a soft gas market.

CSMG Technologies owns the CO2 separation technology for landfill gas production.

CSMG has offices in Corpus Christi, Texas; Oklahoma City, Okla.; Washington D.C.; Atlanta, Ga.; and Kiev, Ukraine.

SMG Technologies Signs 10-Year Contract With DuPont to Supply Commercial Quality Landfill Gas
>CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Feb. 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- CSMG Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:CTUM) announced today that the company has signed a 10-year agreement with DuPont's Mobile, Ala. plant for purchase of landfill gas from CSMG's Chastang, Ala., CO2 landfill gas project. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

CSMG Technologies owns the ASME-certified 177-metric-ton CO2 separator complex located at the landfill. The complex was developed to purify raw landfill gas to a quality acceptable for commercial pipelines or other gas customers.

The company owns the patents and all world rights to the patented CO2 separation technology, which processes low-quality raw landfill gas that is approximately 50% carbon dioxide and 50% methane into a usable commercial gas. The technology's efficiency is derived from an advanced technique for landfill gas, financed by the company and developed by the Ukrainian Scientific Institute. The technology absorbs carbon dioxide and other impurities from the gas without the use of filters or membranes that become clogged over time.

Unlike competing high-BTU landfill gas processing systems that require 4,000 to 6,000 cubic feet per minute (cfm) to be economically viable during a soft gas market, CSMG's CO2 separation technology requires 1,750 to 2,000 cfm to be economically viable in a soft gas market.

Donald S. Robbins, president and CEO of CSMG, said, "This contract marks a major milestone for our technology and the marketability of gas produced by our patented gas separation system. We are delighted to have DuPont as our commercial customer for our model plant. We believe this will be the first of many similar agreements in the coming months as the demand for 'green gas' and other renewable alternative energy sources continue to be strong."

DuPont sees benefits to the project as well. "This landfill gas project is one excellent example of how DuPont is engaging in innovative environmental projects," said Richard Perry, manager of DuPont's Mobile, Ala. plant. "At the same time, landfill gas will help us combat the rising cost of energy."

Purified gas generated by the technology may be sold to utility companies as well as other industry and commercial customers such as DuPont. There are approximately 18,000 landfills in the U.S. and Canada, of which about 20% would be capable of producing commercial grade gas using the company's technology.

CSMG owns the patents and all world rights to this patented technology. CSMG's proprietary CO2 separation production facility was manufactured by SUMY-FRUNZE Machine-Building Science and Production Association of Ukraine. SUMY-FRUNZE is a 106-year-old ISO 9001 heavy industrial equipment manufacturing company specializing in the oil, gas and chemical industries. FRUNZE employs approximately 20,000 people and regularly secures ASME and API industry certifications for its products.

CSMG has an exclusive agency agreement with FRUNZE for North America that covers the CO2 separators as well as a range of energy related industrial equipment, equipment planning, technical design and service equipment for oil and gas production and processing, refinery and other energy production purposes.

On Friday a form 424b3 was released at 2:18pm, soon after the stock started to drop...could just be because its friday..but, this form includes dealings with Cornel and although i don't understand these things very much, i think it possibly could have caused a negative.

Please read the sec filing for urself and anyone who could shed better light on exactly what this filing means in regards to how it will effect the pps, please do so as i know some people are holding this stock still.

Doyer...now check out JYSR, also has several insider buys..let me know what u think..i started the thread.

cornell = dilution = hammered PPS
cornell is never a good thing and most all stocks drop when a filing with their name comes out. Because cornell finances these companies in return for cheap shares that they then dump onto the open market. they sometimes become a good bounce play again in a few months or longer after cornell has done their dirty work.

as for jysr just looking at nothing other than the chart (don't know anything about the company yet), it looks like it could be a possible top and correct some. It saw a nice runup over the last few weeks.  Number of trades and average volume is also decreasing. Just looks like it has built to much negative divergence and could consolidate for awhile. Doesn't mean it can't run more... you will just have to watch closely at the last sales.

CSMG Technologies Announces Successful Use of Tissue Welding/Bonding for Leak-Proof Lung Resection

>CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, March 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- CSMG Technologies, Inc.
(OTCBB:CTUM) announced today that its patented tissue welding/bonding procedure
has been successfully used for leak-proof lung resection.

Donald S. Robbins, President and CEO of CSMG, said, "Leak-proof lung procedures
are almost impossible to conduct, but our technology welds, incises and provides
a leak-proof seal and closure of the lung in less than a minute without
charring, searing and necrosis or the need for drain tubes. This is one of many
new advances in our platform patented tissue welding/bonding technology."

Photos of the leak-proof lung resection bonding/welding procedure can be viewed
at www.ctum.com/live_tissue_bonding.html or
www.hawkassociates.com/csmg/company.htm.

CSMG owns the technology and exclusive world rights to the medical device for
this procedure through Live Tissue Connect, Inc., a subsidiary corporation
formed for the development and exploitation of the platform technology.

The tissue welding/bonding technology for repair and reconnection of tissue and
hollow organs is smokeless, with little heat migration in the tissue. It results
in no necrosis and is without the use of foreign matter or conventional
wound-closing devices, such as staples, sutures, glues or sealant. The
procedures are almost bloodless. Unlike other tissue coagulation methods that
tend to destroy tissue by charring, searing and necrosis, the CSMG-patented
technology bonds and reconnects incised tissue using a patented low-heat
delivery method aimed at restoring the normal functions of the live organs and
tissue. The technology leaves little or no scar visible to the naked eye.

About CSMG Technologies' Tissue Welding/Bonding Technology

Surgeons at 10 Ukraine hospitals and clinics are using the tissue
welding/bonding technology in clinical trials, have completed more than 5,000
human surgeries using more than 70 types of open and laparoscopic surgical
procedures and demonstrated that the technology is universal in its ability to
repair soft biological tissue. These surgeries included lung, neuro-surgery,
nasal septum, intestine, stomach, skin, gall bladder, liver, spleen, blood
vessels, nerves, alba linea, uterus, bladder, gynecology, fallopian tube, ovary
and testicles, and dura-matter. Cosmetic surgeries conducted with this
technology include breast reduction, breast implants, mastopexy and abdominal
plasty. The procedure involves little or no scarring, while restoring the normal
function of the body organ or tissue.

The technology was invented and developed at the internationally renowned E.O.
Paton Institute of Electric Welding, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine at
Kiev, Ukraine, headed by Professor B.E. Paton. United States and Australia
patents have been issued with other U.S. and foreign patents pending.
