Look at the volume blocks on the last few days ... we have a breakout with explosive volume, not in just one day but in several days. That powers the expected advance.

This company's fundamentals have improved dramatically over the last few months:

«According to the Company, sales have risen significantly since the close of the first quarter ended March 31, 2005, resulting in unaudited gross revenues of $928,000 in April, versus gross unit revenues of $959,000 for all of the first quarter of 2005. The sharp increase in revenue is due to successful nationwide distribution of the Company's co-branded 3 Musketeers® and Milky Way® Slammers, new distributors, vendors and significant growth in distribution channels, and a number of reorders.»

«As a result of rising sales, Bravo! announced a plan by production partner Jasper Products, based on forecasting models, to double domestic capacity to 4 million units per month beginning in September 2005, with additional capacity increases expected in February 2006 and again in May 2006.»

Hey Dave,

Are you going to hold on this still?  Its seems to be stuck.  I am getting a little anxious.

saffeysite1

I held off the button.  What's your exit?  .40??

David Randolph

... and price. What more a speculator can wish for?  ;D

I don't know where I'm going to take profits saffeysite, but as long as a stock is acting like BRVO.OBis I don't even consider selling. Expecting higher prices, maybe a lot higher. I think all this volume is putting pressure on price, which will ultimately explode to the upside.

David Randolph

... consecutive day with strong volume. Letting the profits run on BRVO.OB.

andrewcbrown

Just looking through some of their PR's it looks like they had 900k revenue and 200k profit in Q1.  Their unaudited results for just April look like they matched the Q1 numbers.

My question is what effeciencies do you guys think they can get if they keep the pace up for Q2 Revenues?  If they have 2.7M in Revs instead of 600k in profits could they get 1M in profit or near there?  If so, I think we have .50 PPS easily.

Thoughts?

David Randolph

... andrewcbrown. Just 20 million USD for a market cap of a company with this kind of growth and potential doesn't seem fair. But the market is adjusting to fundamentals. If we have those 0.5 PPS as you talk about and the stock has a PE of just 10 it should trade at $5, not $0.32 !!!

Technically the stock corrected a bit on Friday with low volume, as a bull would like. And I'm a bull on Bravo Foods (BRVO.OB)

David Randolph

Nice action on BRVO.OB, as expected. After a red candle with lower volume a white candle with higher volume. Bulls are absolutely in control of BRVO and I expect an higher shot anytime.

David Randolph

Higher price, higher volume on BRVO.OB. Making a 31% profit on this stock. Not a reason in the world to sell BRVO.OB, not one that I can think of.

BRVO.OB is in a bull trend. In bull trends you should buy pullbacks like the one that happened yesterday.
