Looks like .72 is the resistance level that is the one to work through.

I hope we make it to the 52wk. high real quick and that we can zoom to $5 before the yrs. end.

This issue has so much potential it's scary!

It looks like the big Majority Conversion people are out
That reminds me,  the average daily trading volume , between the time the first CCE deal was announced and the final CCE deal was considerably lower than since that date. I am thinking, it should be possible to see some fall off in daily volume, once the 9 have ceased to sell. Correct me, if I'm wrong, but I don't think daily traders are doing 9mill a day. I don't know the day traders market - could someone comment on this thought - i.e. will a fall off in daily volume signal something positive? namely the end of the overhang? tia, Don.

I am not seeing the big Blocks that were going through the day(s) after the CCE Deal.Do you?

I see more modest sized sell orders! Therefore my thinking torwards them being pretty much exhausted. There might be those that are waiting for a higher price. Seeing that we have bounced from the .50-.72 range those wanting out in that range have had time to dump their shares a few times.

If you look at the chart there was heavy Vol. when it came down to the .72 level which might be why it had a hard time pushing through it.

But hey it's speculation!

Something no one has mentioned here is BRVO's presence on the naked shorts list, since July.

I know this can be a touchy subject, but does anybody have an opinion on that?

It is a good thing for the bulls if there are people selling BRVO shares short without being able to. Someday they will need to buy to cover those shorts, and that will provide additional demand for the rise.

BRVO traded 9 million shares yesterday which is respectable volume. Yesterday's action confirmed the bullish breakout we've had on Tuesday.

I review myself in these comments:

"Our customer trends showed that the typical consumer is skipping breakfast due to their hurried schedules, while health research shows that breakfast is a very important meal," said Kurt Schumacher, category manager of dairy and ice cream products for 7-Eleven, Inc. "Customers are looking for convenient products that are nutritious and consumable on the go, and that led us to work with Bravo! Foods to develop the Breakfast Blenders products."

BRVO's website was redesigned, and the product they sell will indeed sell, a lot, I have little doubts about that ... I know my 2 year old wouldn't let go of that Spider Man bottle if he had the chance to see one  :-*   And the company is taking the necessary steps to ensure that their products will be, someday in the future, for sale in every corner shop of the world.

Now, it looks like from yesterday's action that selling from those 12 shareholders isn't quite over yet. But their selling can't meet demand, you see, even with that selling pressure the stock finished up on the day. This is an excellent opportunity for any other hedge fund manager to get a lot of shares at very attractive prices in a fast growing company.

Anyway, today is September 8th, I believe BRVO will be higher than $1.40 by November 8th.

RJ

For what it might be worth, Coke just warned for the quarter that sales would be down 3-4% . This would indicate to me  that their relationship with a company like Bravo is essential for their future.  (Just maybe) the management of Bravo are smarter than we think ?

lots of buying interest, but these hedgies are drivin' me nuts; one step forward, two steps back. this kinda dance can never last... volume is starting to get crushed.

Shouldn't complain, though, over 10% gain so far.
If you must smite, post why so I can improve myself.

Regulation FD Disclosure

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 6, 2005, The Company held a public conference call to discuss a Master Distribution Agreement (the "Agreement)" with Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.(CCE) for the distribution by CCE of the Company's flavored milk drink products in the entirety of the United States, all U.S. possessions, Canada, Belgium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands, as well as any other geographic territory to which, during the term of the Agreement, CCE obtains the license to distribute beverages of The Coca-Cola Company. The Company made the following comments and noted the following material terms of the MDA during the conference call:

* The appointment of CCE as the exclusive distributor for the Company's products in The territory is effective August 30, 2005, has an effective distribution date of October 31, 2005, and an expiration date of August 15, 2015.

* CCE has the option to renew the Agreement for two subsequent periods of ten additional years.

* Under the terms of the Agreement, CCE is obligated to use all commercially reasonable efforts to solicit, procure and obtain orders for the Company's products, and merchandise and actively promote the sale of such products in the Territory, as defined in the Agreement.

* The Agreement establishes a comprehensive process for the phased transition from the Company's existing system of distributors to CCE, dependent upon distribution territory, product and sales channels. The parties have agreed that CCE will implement its distribution on a ramp-up basis, with the initial distribution commencing in the United States on or about the October 31, 2005 effective distribution date.

* With regard to the phased in transition to CCE distribution, the Company noted that its anticipated revenues would not materially increase during 2005 as a result of distribution by CCE, which will commence October 31, 2005.

* CCE may terminate the MDA upon twelve months notice after August 15, 2006.

* The Company has agreed to provide strategic direction of its products; maintain sales force education and support; actively market and advertise its products and design and develop point of sale materials and advertising.

* Under the Agreement, CCE has the right of first refusal to distribute any new products developed by the Company, and the Agreement establishes a process for the potential expansion of CCE's distribution of the Company's products to new territories.

* CCE may distribute products that compete with the Company's products.

* Production capacity will remain at 2,500,000 units per month until April 2006, when capacity will increase to 7,500,000 units per month.

* The Company does not have capacity issues with respect to its foreign business.

The Company announced that it will introduce a new lactose free milk based meal replacement product in November 2005 through 7-Eleven convenience stores, called Bravo! Breakfast Blenders. This new product has 50% more protein than milk and is positioned as "better for you meal on the go" beverage.

The Company offered the following guidance with respect to anticipated revenues:

* Third quarter revenues are expected to be in the $4 million range

* Fourth quarter revenues are expected to be in the $6 million to $7 million range

* Total revenues for 2006 are expected to be in the range of $70 million to $100 million with the increased implementation of CCE distribution

* Domestic Revenues for 2006 are expected to be in the range of $50 million to $60 million

Applause for the last 2 charts, David. Big help for those of us who dont have the chart service (nor the ability) to put it together!

Nice to see CCE Investor Relations move into top gear with their publicizing their innovative
;) product line (tks to Slammers!). Good publicity for our stock, too.

also, if you log on to the latest Coke quarterly CC:
CCE CC mention of BRAVO at 14min:11sec

"Also helping to grow our presence across all beverage categories is our new Master Distribution Agreement with Bravo Foods International which provides us access to a line of shelf stable milk brands. Though volume initially will be relatively small, this Bravo line of dairy products offers us an excellent opportunity to expand our presence in the market with a nutritious line, particularly in the education channel.
We also believe that the Bravo brand will provide an excellent product with which we can explore alternative routes to market including warehouse deliveries."

David, anyone, like to comment on what kind of volatility we might see in the S/P, looking forward over the next 30-60 days? One unknown, I guess, is teh possibility of a financing. Don

Does not sound like there is any chance that they are in in anyway in this for a quick profit like some have tried to assert on other BB's.

It is now a long position to stay in unless you wish to pick on\off juncture points.

Looking at the runup to 1.42 that looked alittle tricky after it got to the 1.19 point as it fellback then went to 1.42 after the pullback .

Hope I do get caught up pulling out to soon and then not jumping back on when I should if I do trade it.

They say sellingis the hardest thing to do and I can see why with some issues. This was a wild runup last time, technically.

Good luck!

Ok.... today i had my first drink of one of the product of Bravo and it's called the "Starburst Peach" .. I got it from 7-eleven here in San Jose California...and WOW! it taste really good and not only that it also smells good... smells like a baby! :D.....Unfortunately they only have Starburst on the shelf, flavored Peach, Strawberry, Orange & Mixed Berry. hoping to see 3 Musketeers, Milky Way by the year end i heard they taste much better...You know its really fun to invest in a company that even your own body can benefit from it...by the way, i'm keeping that first slammer bottle.. and that way it will reminds me the huge profit i'll take in the future....  ;) :) :D ;D

FAKE NEWS  :D

=========================================================
9 Sept (XYZ News): The reported shortage of Slammers at some of the Los Angeles stores is attributed to a free gulping fellow who is hoarding the stock, logos and all the bottles.

On the condition of anonymity sources hinted that the fella may be fast finishing all the exotic Brvo drinks all over the west coast. There is some concern in right quarters about the wrong attitude of the fella. He was last rumored to be putting Slammers in his gas tank and heading 5 North.

Hi Don & Evgeny

The 8K and CCE's PR spin is interesting reading. It reminds me that this is a real growth story (700% revenue growth over four quarters):

And the yearly growth is even more impressive:

I added the market share of the flavored milk market and even in 2006 the share is just around 4%. So some food for thoughts: Is Coca Cola interested in a market share of 4%. I don't think so. I would expect revenue to continue to increase rapidly over the coming years.

As always, great posts on this thread, thank you  :D

Looking at the company's numbers and projections provided by Michael and the product descriptions our dear users are giving, I don't think it is very usefull to make comments on the short term of BRVO's stock.

It looks clear to me that the 9 or 12 big shareholders haven't sold everything they want to sell at this juncture and the short term is very tricky, with bullish and bearish technical signals that end up being fake.

So I urge caution and patience. It's very hard to trade BRVO. Players are shaking the tree on both sides, long and short (yes, there are short sellers on BRVO, can you imagine it?). So one had to decide if he's in for the long term or not.

I'm in.

One thing is certain,it's a very volitile issue and I am just going to walk away and check it once a day.

If it falls to lower levels I will add as much as I can seeing that we all know it is not going to the dumpster.

I love sure things and this one seems to be as sure as it get's for an under the buck issue. Just will take alittle time.

Do wish the Conversion folk would clear out all their holdings and the traders would exit from their entry positions, but it is going to be volitile for awhile then it will break through  the .72 level.

Looking at the Vol. from the period it dropped to the .72 level I would think that is where the resistance is and it will take some serious interest to push it past that mark.

Patience is the key! Good  luck! JMO
