Stopped at the Sam's Club in Sheffield Ohio yesterday. They had 14oz  MilkyWay or Starburst in a nine pack carton. The price was $8.52 per carton. There were two pallets holding 180 cases each. The Newsletter stated Sam's August order for MilkyWay was for 250% more than the last three quarters combined. Good luck to all.

Well today was the first time i've had a smile on my face watching BRVO's price action since filling a position 2 weeks ago. Today was a great day for BRVO, price action made a close above the 20 Day EMA for the first time since 8/08/05 as well it broke through Daves descending trendline he has drawn on the previous post. I think that next week is gonna be a great week for all of us BRVO fans.

Close above .72: start your engines.

Fill the gap at .79: Lets rock!

Nice day Friday.. I would had liked a little more volume. Hard to complain on an up day though especially after the inverted h&s play fell through. Maybe we can pick the volume  up a little Monday and break that .72 cent barrier!!!

Have a great weekend all!!!!!!

Winston-Salem NC.  Sam's here also carries the 9 pack Milky Ways for $8.52.  Sizeable display area (same as the other drink products) positioned in the same isle with Gatorade, Perrier, and other popular non-soft drink products.  Bought a pack.  2 of 2 people liked it, and 2 of 2 immediately thought it tasted like a YooHoo chocolate drink for those familiar with it.

I was watching the NHRA Powerade Drag Racing finals, joliet, il, on ESPN.
One of the finalists was driven by a woman, the first woman to make it to the final run.  The car was sponsored by "SLAMMERS, the ultimate milk"
They had a URL on the car as well
I thought this was very cool  and wanted to share that with all of you

Great info, thanks  :)

I wouldn't be much worried about the low volume on BRVO. We've had a 10% advance day with just 1,374,500 shares traded. So, it didn't take much to move the stock 10% up. What can we conclude from here? Possibly the selling from those 12 shareholders has ended or is getting weaker and weaker until it stops.

If you go back on this thread you'll learn the importance of this issue. The stock didn't go up immediately after the CCE deal was changed because there were people holding options to sell 69 million shares to CCE at price $0.36. With the deal change these people were free to sell on the open market their shares bought at an average price of $0.125, so they did, at least partially, getting a 400% profit in just about 6 months.

It was this selling that prevented BRVO to climb, even though the changes over the CCE deal were for the better (much less dilution, CCE giving almost the same money to BRVO, because the price changed from $0.1625 to $0.36 and BRVO management maintaining control of the company). Now we have indications that the selling of part of those 69 million shares might be over, because the stock easily rose 10%, not because there was great demand, but because supply has vanished  8)

Let's see if we can take out $0.72 this week, that would be marvellous  :-*

BRVO's volume and price action suggests investors are starting to perceive there's no more selling from those 12 shareholders that had 69 million shares. Everything is ready for the stock to challenge the $0.72 resistance barrier.

I will continue holding BRVO.OB.

When I bought it last week, I put a limit order at $0.53 (higher than ask $0.525) and I got it at $0.525 (not many, only 6K shares).

If you want the shares, you'd better bid with a higher price.

Today BRVO.OB had a pullback on lower volume. After hours the stock is trading up 4.5%, so no big deal.

Market-Pulse put the stock on their hot list for today which is not good, I don't know who buys their recommendations, stocks seem to fall everytime they mention them.

Anyway, these are all short term developments and I'm a long term investor in BRVO.OB, not concerned with day to day fluctuations.

Pepsi is also getting into the milk space now with their own brand under the Quaker label-which they now own as part of the Gatorade deal a few years back. Not sure if this hurts or helps our cause but looks like the flavored milk category will continue to grow!  Hopefully so will our profits!

Coke's previous attempts to grow their own milk brand failed. Slammers' attractive packaging, strong licenses, and taste are all proven in the market, which is why Coke approached.

After their Quaker experience, I suspect Slammers will be looking very attractive to Pepsi! Coke won't dare to let them go.
If you must smite, post why so I can improve myself.
