Universal Detection Technology (OTCBB:UDTT) (FWB:PO8), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect people from bioterrorism and other infectious health threats, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Security Solutions International (SSI), a security services company, to distribute UDTT's anthrax and other bacterial spore monitoring system, BSM-2000, in Central and South America.

Under the agreement, SSI, a Miami-based counterterrorism training firm specializing in providing critical emergency preparedness support, will use its efforts to promote the marketing and distribution of the BSM-2000 in the Brazil, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.

The agreement is designed to increase UDTT's marketing reach and product sales potential in international markets.

Universal Detection Technology Enters into Distribution Agreement for Anthrax Detector with Homeland Security Solutions Firm

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2006-- Universal Detection Technology (OTCBB:UDTT) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Security Solutions International (SSI), a Miami, Florida corporation providing counter terrorism training through several highly qualified colleges, security companies and individual presenters, for sales and distribution of BSM-2000 in the United States on a non-exclusive basis.

According to the terms of the agreement SSI shall use its best efforts to market UDTT's BSM-2000 bio-terrorism detection machine to its customers and clients in the United States. UDTT has agreed to pay SSI a pre-defined commission on all sales generated through SSI as its sole form of compensation. UDTT shall be solely responsible for supporting all products distributed by SSI in the US at its own expense.

I had this one on my watchlist for a couple of days now...i was supposed to jump in yesterday at .0095, but i hesitated(same old story) and then it had closed slightly down..so i was skeptical..but then i saw this am that it again retested the .0095 and again..didnt jump in...it ended up running to a high of .017. THis stocks seems to do most of its move in the am, then falls back in the pm..lets see if it does it again tomorrow.

Universal Detection Technology to Develop Smart Ticket Technology to Train First Responders 

LOS ANGELES, CA, Feb 08, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com) (OTCBB: UDTT), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect people from bioterrorism and provider of counter-terrorism training and solutions, announced today that the Company has commenced the development of technology that will train first responders in methods of using smart tickets without potential exposure to lethal pathogens such as the Anthrax spore.
UDT recently announced the sale of Anthrax Test Kits to the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, the primary chemical and biological defense testing center for the military. Tests at Dugway determine the reliability and survivability of all types of military equipment in a chemical or biological environment. First Responders from all over travel to the Dugway Proving Ground to train on the latest procedures on dealing with biochemical threats.

Anthrax spores are highly infectious and cannot be used for training purposes.
