TORONTO, Nov 07, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) --
Trimax Corporation (OTC BB: TMXO), through its wholly owned subsidiary PLC Network Solutions Inc. ("PLC"), today announced that it has commenced first stage installation of its Broadband over Powerline (BPL) devices and bundled services (ISP, VoIP) with Camden Properties of Toronto, Ontario. The install comprises two buildings totaling approximately 213 units. The projected recurring revenues from the BPL services provided, if used by all residents within all of the buildings 213 units, which includes PLC's VoIP package, is anticipated to total on average $100.00 per subscriber, per month. Camden has other properties within its portfolio, which the company is also contemplating on converting to PLC's BPL products and services.

PLC is installing within Camden Properties' selected buildings their new 205 Mbps Broadband over Powerline devices that will provide its tenants with symmetrical upload and download speeds of 20-30 Mbps -- considerably more than cable or DSL, and enough to run concurrent high-bandwidth applications such as VoIP, video-on-demand and IPTV on the same platform.

With the surging level of interest that PLC Network Solutions has been receiving from building landlords, Hotels, and government agencies within North America and various parts of the world for its (BPL) Broadband over Powerline products and services, the company has expectations on securing 3,000 units during the next 6-month period.

Derek Pepler, President of PLC Network Solutions, stated: "We are very pleased to be able to install our products and to also have Camden Properties use our technology and bundled services (ISP, VoIP) which will bestow PLC the recurring revenues from providing these services. PLC is pleased at the response it is receiving to the technology and has had many inquiries for its products and services in cities throughout North America and various parts of the world. BPL holds great promise as a low-cost, high-bandwidth broadband solution."

Raj Joshi, President of Camden Properties, stated: "We are pleased at being able to proceed to installation phase of the contract with PLC for its BPL devices and services. We are also thrilled at being able to have the option to select other providers such as PLC to service our buildings' Internet and VoIP needs."

PLC Network Solutions is an international provider of leading Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication technologies. BPL is a disruptive communications technology that turns the existing ubiquitous power line infrastructure and common electrical wiring in commercial and residential buildings into a high-bandwidth network. It is estimated that 40 percent of all broadband access by the year 2010 will be through Broadband over Power Lines (BPL) representing a market worth Billions of Dollars. PLC Network Solutions specializes in the development, distribution, implementation, and servicing technologies that use the power grid to deliver high-speed symmetrical broadband for data, voice and video transmission. PLC's devices run simultaneously on a single platform to every electrical outlet throughout the premises.

The Hot New Stock Market Sectors and the High-Growth Companies Within Them
Thursday October 13, 7:07 am ET

MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 13, 2005 -- The Oil and Gas sector will continue to be one of the leading sectors to Watch for the foreseeable future. However, it is debatable as to whether the sector is at its peak or whether it still has more room to grow. With the advent of new oil expected to hit the market in the new year, the oil industry might be the next industry to have a correction just as technology did in the market correction of 2000. But there is another industry that could quickly take the number 1 spot. Market Watch Central has previously stated that it believes the (BPL) Broadband over Power Lines sector, along with a select few companies within it, have the potential to be the next consistent long-term leaders in growth. October 5, 2005, was a day that had a major milestone reached for BPL Technology. The city of Manassas received the first citywide commercial deployment in the US by privately held Comptek. The story can be viewed at http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/051005/dcw018.html?.v=30. Whether individuals or groups like it or not, BPL is here to stay. The city of Manassas is a testament to this. This deployment is just the start of a major revolution towards this amazing new technology, which Market Watch Central believes will be the next huge growth Industry.
There are a few private companies that supply BPL technology, however for investor purposes this report deals with public companies. There are basically two companies and stocks to closely follow within the industry. Telkonet has recently made some huge gains in the past few days after retreating a bit yesterday. Market Watch Central believes that Telkonet has the potential to rise 200 percent to $18 a share by Christmas. Our analysts believe that the industry along with the recently approved patent granted to the company that the company is poised for solid growth.

Trimax/PLC Network Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB:TMXO.OB - News) is a younger company compared to Telkonet, however Market Watch Central believes that the company will succeed just as Telkonet has. The company's stock price has come back a bit the past few days just as Telkonet has, however the trend is definitely up. Today may be the time for investors to take advantage of the rebound spike in the companies stock. However, in the longer term, Market Watch Central predicts that the company's stock could rise between 600 to 800 percent within the next 6 months to a year. This early-stage company is proving that they are not so early stage after all as they have recently made 3 major announcements within the last 2 weeks with more expected. With the announcement yesterday that they will be deploying their devices along with installing and receiving the recurring revenue streams of their ISP and VoIP services, the company is set for major revenue growth within this high-growth industry. For investors that have the patience they may possibly realize amazing returns within the next 6 months to a year from this company.

Derek Pepler, President of Trimax, stated, "This technology holds great promise as a low-cost, high-bandwidth broadband solution. PLC's technology turns the existing ubiquitous power line infrastructure into a 'third wire' for delivering data, voice and video to homes and businesses. As consumers increasingly demand economical bandwidth solutions for a range of new applications such as VOIP and IPTV, we believe there will be a strong trend toward the adoption of these low-cost BPL technologies worldwide."

The (BPL) Broadband over Powerlines Industry is expected to experience unprecedented growth in 2006. It is estimated that By 2010, 40 percent of all Broadband, ISP and VoIP users will access it through (BPL) Broadband over Powerlines, which will represent an estimated 40 billion dollars to the BPL companies that provide the services.

PLC Network Solutions Finalizes Agreement to Install Its BPL Devices and Bundled Services Within Three, 40 Story Luxury Towers Located at Copper Square, Phoenix, Arizona
Tuesday November 22, 7:00 am ET

TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 22, 2005 -- Trimax Corporation (OTC BB:TMXO.OB - News), through its wholly owned subsidiary, PLC Network Solutions ("PLC"), today announced that it has finalized an agreement with Pointe Of View Developments and Belleview Communities to install its Broadband over Power Line (BPL) devices within the consortium's three new 40-story luxury towers. The towers will be constructed in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, in a well-known upscale area called Copper Square, with construction expected to commence by September of 2006. In addition, PLC Network Solutions is pleased to also be the ISP and VoIP provider for the 3 buildings, which will allow PLC to revenue-share with the condo association and benefit from the recurring revenues from these services. PLC is in further discussions for the installation of its devices and bundled services for more properties within the consortium's portfolio.
Copper Square (http://www.coppersquare.com/) is an area of 90 blocks where over 26,000 people work. It is a vibrant section of Phoenix with restaurants, bars, markets, cafes, museums, live music and concerts. Presently over $3 billion has been invested in the area.

PLC's new 205mbps Broadband over Power Line devices will provide tenants of The Buildings at Copper Square with symmetrical upload and download speeds of 20-30 mbps -- more than enough to run high-bandwidth applications such as VoIP, video-on-demand and IPTV on one convenient platform. PLC's BPL technology uses the existing electrical wiring to deliver broadband to every electrical outlet throughout the building and networks all computers, printers and faxes, etc. within the tenant's premises. The technology is usually installed in a matter of hours or days instead of weeks or months, and avoids the expense and disruption of tearing apart walls to run new cables.

Derek Pepler, President of PLC Network Solutions, stated: "We are very pleased to have The Condominiums at Copper Square implement our 205mbps BPL devices and bundled services. We are equally gratified at the level of response that PLC has been receiving from landlords and property management companies for its devices and bundled services from various countries around the globe. This technology has proven itself as a low-cost, high-bandwidth broadband solution. PLC's technology turns the existing ubiquitous power line infrastructure into a 'third wire' for delivering data, voice and video to homes and businesses. As consumers increasingly demand economical bandwidth solutions for a range of new applications such as VoIP and IPTV, we are seeing a strong trend toward the adoption of these low-cost BPL technologies. The latest market projections for (BPL) Broadband over Power Line anticipates the U.S. market growing 106 percent annually during the next six years."

"We are thrilled to be integrating this amazing new technology (BPL) into our buildings, as well as having PLC Network Solutions as our ISP and VoIP provider," stated Cal DeSouza, Managing Partner of Copper Pointe Condominiums, The Residences at Copper Point and The Lofts at Copper Point. "Broadband access has become an essential service and having Broadband over Power Line technology in our buildings is an asset we will be able to use to attract and retain residents. We expect to save a huge amount of capital in cabling costs during construction. As well, PLC's plug-and-play technology is easy to administer and maintain, and even easier for tenants to use. The increased availability of bandwidth will enable our tenant's access to other services such as VoIP, video-on-demand and IPTV when they are required."
