NET INCOME

Bodisen reported net income of $2,871,041 for the three month period ended Sept. 30, 2005, an increase of $1,274,209, or 80% from $1,596,832. The increase was attributed to the growth in the demand for the Company's products as we enter new markets throughout China.

MANAGEMENT COMMENTS

Ms. Qiong Wang, CEO of Bodisen commented: "Our third quarter results have exceeded expectations. Our new production facility and new sales programs have allowed us to timely meet expected strong demand for our fertilizer products. Our products target China's 900 million farmers who increasingly prefer environmentally friendly organic fertilizers over chemical fertilizers. Chinese consumers are very conscious of food quality. Many Chinese only use foods and vegetables that are grown with organic fertilizers. In order to increase their household income, farmers across China demand fertilizers that not only generate higher crop yields such as Bodisen's products, but also are organic and environmentally friendly. Our 4th quarter sales in liquid fertilizers and pesticides have been very strong. Bodisen will have a record year of earnings for 2005. We will participate in two annual national agricultural product shows in the first two weeks of November. Last year at those shows, we generated over $20 million of orders. We expect to have even better results this year. "

Ms. Wang continued: "Bodisen is an environmentally friendly company. The Chinese government has planned a "green" Olympics in 2008 featuring China's focus on environmental issues. Environmental concerns are among China's top priorities. Over the years, chemical fertilizers have been a major source of pollution in China harming the land and water supply. Soil damage from chemical fertilizer use has caused crop yields to dramatically decrease in many regions across China. Market share for environmentally friendly bio fertilizers has been increasing year over year while market share for chemical fertilizers are decreasing. Bodisen's environmentally friendly fertilizers are in a favorable market environment to support our continued rapid growth. Bodisen's management is committed to increasing investor awareness. We presented Bodisen to US fund managers this fall and are pleased that well known institutional investors have participated in our growth. Bodisen will continue our investor relations efforts."

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2006--Bodisen Biotech, Inc., (AMEX:BBC, website: www.bodisen.com), the first China based environmentally friendly bio fertilizer company listed on a U.S. stock exchange, announced today that one of Bodisen's strategic investment projects, China based Xi Lan Natural Gas Co. Ltd, recently became a public company in the U.S. under the name of China Natural Gas, Inc., (OTC BB: CHNG - News, www.naturalgaschina.com - News).

Bodisen owns 2,063,768 shares of CHNG, representing approximately 8.6% of CHNG which it purchased in October 2005 for approximately $2.85 million. One of the key components of Bodisen's compound fertilizer products is urea, which is manufactured through natural gas.

China Natural Gas' recent completion of $10.4 million in financing with institutional investors is a testament to the strength and scalability of its business model and its potential as a public company in the U.S. capital markets. Bodisen is pleased to own a significant equity stake in one of China's best run natural gas services providers."

Mr. Minqing Lu, CEO of China Natural Gas commented, "Having completed our recent equity financing with a syndicate that has U.S. and international institutional investor reach, we are now able to move forward with our investment in the construction and acquisition of retail compressed natural gas filling stations in the Xian marketplace. BBC Long
Down from high of $20.00

Bodisen Biotech, Inc. is an environmentally friendly bio fertilizer company headquartered in the city of Yang Ling, Shaanxi Provice, China's agricultural hub. The company sells four product categories: organic compound fertilizer, organic liquid fertilizer, pesticides & insecticides, and agricultural raw materials.

BBC just reported record first quarter results in terms of both revenue and net income. Q1 revenue grew 124% to $10.54 million with net income of $2.68 million, up 200% from Q1 last year. Due to the high demand for their products, the company was able to raise prices twice during the quarter. The second quarter is expected to be just as strong as the first.

BBC has grown sales significantly over the last three years from $58,000 in 2003 to $16.22 million in 2004 to $30.97 million in 2005.

There are only 10.71 million BBC shares in the float.

yukii,

Applause for the interesting pick.  After reading your post, my first thought was that I hoped that BBC hadn't already rallied 1,000% on that great growth story.  It hadn't.

From its Christmas Eve, 2003 low of $0.0625, BBC rallied 35,000% to 21.97 on January 31, 2006.

  :o  :o  :o

The dominant fearture on the chart is the crash on May 1, 2006 on heavy volume.  I couldn't find any news to account for it.

On April 15, 2006, an employee put a false rumor on the company's web site about the CEO being seriously ill, and about construction in front of a plant, that would negatively impact earnings.

The employee must have been short the stock.  ;D  >:D

That wouldn't account for the crash on May 1, 2006, I wouldn't think.  That news already was out.  At any rate, BBC crashed, and then rallied back to re-test the Bearish Island Reversal Top.

Great news like that in a terrific growth stock that has had a big run-up often is a "SELL THE NEWS."

That was the case with BBC.  As good as the growth story is, the uptrend had been broken, and the breakdown was re-tested and confirmed on the release of great earnings by a Bearish Doji Star Hangman, right at the Bearish Island Reversal Gap.  The weak-volume,  post-Crash rally ended right there, and it's been "SELL THE NEWS" pretty much since.

BBC currently is between a rock and a hard place.  Does it go back up for another re-test of the breakdown, or does it go back down and re-test the crash low?  The heavy volume on the crash and the failed re-test of the breakdown suggest to me that either the low isn't in, or that the crash low of 8.80 at least will be re-tested.  I could be wrong, of course, but I'd pass on this one.

The crash on may 1st was due to and article in the New York Post that was totaly wrong, he must have had a short position in BBC.
BBC is a very erractic stock and jumps around on rumors till earnings come out. Next earnings will be great. 100% over last year.

The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Harami Cross PatternThis is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend.

Anyways BBC will start going back up next week to $15.00. Then $20 after earnings come out.

Bodisen's management will be in New York during the week of May 22, 2006 to meet with other institutional investors. The company's Chairman and CEO Karen Qiong Wang and President Bo Chen will provide an overview of the company's business and operations and its financial results. Bodisen has reported record earnings for the first quarter of 2006 and has reaffirmed 2006 earnings guidance.

The shame about that is the technical damage to the chart is done (Crash).  It seems like it took management a long time (two weeks?) to respond to the April 15 false rumors by one of their employees on their internet site.

It wasn't until May 3 that the Associated Press reported, "Bodisen Says Internet Info Is False."  Too late.  The stock crashed on May 1.  Seems like the company could have stepped in much earlier than May 3 with a pre-emptive press release for purposes of damage control, before the crash.

Maybe I'm missing something, though.  I couldn't find anything released by the company prior to May 3 when I searched.  I think they need to hire you as their Public Relations Director, yukiii.

Erratic is a good word.  Now that BBC has crashed, I'd expect more erractic trading since the technicals now have trumped the good fundamentals.  Players who are stuck on the Bearish Island at prices above $11.92 aren't likely to be focused on the fundamentals.

They have a loss, and if they didn't take the re-test of the breakdown near $15 as an opportunity to sell, they're even more likely to be jittery, weak-handed longs.

Quote
The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Harami Cross PatternThis is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend.

Basis the weekly chart, though, the last two candlesticks are a Bearish Inverted Hangman on the earnings failed re-test of broken support, and a black candlestick this week that closed near its low, and closed below the 200DMA.  That doesn't look good.

The 13/21RSI had 3 Bearish Failures in the topping process; the MACD had two Bearish failures in the topping process, so the technicals don't look good, either, as opposed to how spectacular both the technicals and the Bull Flag breakout near $7.00 looked last November.

WOW...better than 200% gain in 2½ months!!   :o  :o  :o

I think your comment about erratic trading is what we'll see, yukiii.  "Could go higher...could go lower," and probably will do both.

Quote

Maybe another re-test of the $15 broken support, then some consolidation for awhile.  I easily can see more downside, though, which is why I'd pass on BBC right now.

That's good.  They need to do some "repair work," after the false rumors.  Wall Street doesn't handle those things real well, as evidenced by the crash.  "Sell first...ask questions later."

Its obvious you don't know to much about the company.
Some stocks just don't follow any tech patterns.
False rumors were only up on website for the weekend. Post article came out on the 1st.
Many people purchses shares $8.80 - $9.20 and are now taking profits in the market correction.
Since they do not give out to much info and chinese companies trade alot on rumors. It makes a very good stock to trade untill earnings come out. It may go down to $10 again but the fundamentals will
bring the price back up before next earnings report to $15.00. How many companies out there with 100% growth in sales and income.

Yukii,
I am heavily invested in BBC.  I had a position prior to the crash and tripled it when the stock hit single digits.  I presented it to G-Force at $9 and change, and elite said steer clear.  Technicians who do not look at fundamentals are not presently going to like this stock.  When it is back at $20, they will.  This stock has tremendous fundamentals, and if it makes you feel in better, I started tracking it a long time ago based on a post by Michael (long before he was an administrator on this site).  Stay the course - this stock will make serious money over time ... and the technicians are right, after a breakdown it may be choppy in the short term.  But management has not yet lied, and 100% top and bottom line growth and great expansion plans ... you will look up in two years and be a very happy individual.   ;D
