Buyout? could be. Connell offered @3.43 rejected and with California Medicare Contract
updated news today, Prgx worth more than $3.43. I hope they could make the buyout
deal and let us have some easy money for Christmas.

I'm still in (15000 shares at $0.66). I will hold to find out the new financing. I hope for the upside, but it is a stock market. You have to look at the Risk/Reward ratio and then decide.

Hi Peter,

All I can say at this moment is Prgx  @0.59, risk is lower than I got it @0.74 and 0.68.

Anyway I 'm very optimistic and confident for Prgx since I played it in early November 2005.

News are good for Prgx this morning, but most important for Prgx now is financing loan or
possble Buyout deal could be made, that's the news we are waiting for.

Regarding the market performance today , I think Prgx still @support 0.60 + - 0.03
