Wow!  Kick Ass.  That was a nice surprise when I got home.... That move should catch some attention.   Here's a daily and a weekly.  This all looks bullish.  RSI, MACD, Three wise men on the weekly, professionals usually buy on Friday (best percentage day for a buy).   This will surely be interesting tomorrow.  Be nimble,  this is penny world after all, nothing is a sure thing,  but this one is looking positive.  Remember there are options out,  .31 and .68  I believe.  We passed the .37,  I'm now looking at .49.   We still haven't seen a real spikey spike in volume, that's good at this point. >:D

A little higher volume this morning.   Big blocks at .43 (27k).  Holding .37

JKN

Would like to see consolidation here..bull flag/pennant?  Holding .36-.38 as a new base level would really be a nice confirmation of this little move and leave it open for a run up to .49. A good volume day would put this on some radars.  I'd like to see about 1.2M+.  If it breaks .36 I'll likely bail and look to get back in around .30-.31.

I liked how it turned out today.  JKN you may be right that it could flag.  I think maybe it was a stop clearing day (or the equivilant in penny land)  trying to shake weak hands and scoop shares.  It didn't look like alot of sellers.   Notice they didn't try to penetrate that .41 yet.  For a bloody day in the market it held up good.  When I consider the rise in oil etc., I think it should gain value.  Overall I agree with your trading plan JKN.   Nice to be riding with ya.

EVI "7-11" Oil Well to Begin Commercial Production
Monday , January 23, 2006 09:00 ET

LOS ANGELES, CA, Jan 23, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Silver Star Energy, Inc. (OTC BB: SVSE) is pleased to report that the EVI "7-11" oil well is scheduled to begin commercial production as of tomorrow, January 24th.

The construction crew has completed the installation of oil storage tanks and has installed the pump jack at the well head. The operator has informed the Company that the "7-11" is planned to be on production tomorrow and it will be closely monitored as to the barrels per day oil produced. The operator, Transaction Oil and Gas of Calgary, will determine the maximum production rate best suited for the well.

Silver Star will announce these production rates when sufficient data is available to make an accurate determination as to what the well will produce. As announced earlier, the anticipated I.P.R. based on testing results is 150 bpd. The Imperial Light 36.5 degree oil was quoted on Friday, January 20th, at $62.82 per barrel. Initially, oil will be trucked to the Husky "7-1" tank battery for sale and shipping approximately 2 1/2 miles away.

I appreciate the remarks shipman.  I get the wonderful opportunity to spend the week in DC at a conference.  I rather be keelhauled.  At least the weather is not horrible.

This news ought to really help us out from the consolidation standpoint.  I missed the run to .44 this morning.  If I recall correctly, they are a little ahead of schedule on getting this well operational.  I hope to see this thing test .49 soon. ;D

heavier vol. today ;D  Big blocks being swallowed at the ask.  ;D ;D Very positive.  I hope they get a higher initial rate on this new well, but 9k a day is great for starters.  I appreciate JKN and La-Onda for the support on the board.  This is shaping up very well.  Getting real strong here.  Heard on CNBC today that there is large short interest on the price of NG...  If the NG price goes higher.... and we see short covering... that could propell the NG price higher....thus enhancing this puppy even more.  Rock and Roll
Later today.... Finished strong... above average volume.  Here's the daily and weekly.  Just checked multiple time frames, and it seems that MACD, stoch, Rsi, ect.  are all very positive on all of them.  What I am particularly excited about is that the MACD is crossing even on the longest of them.   :o   I can see .60.

Wow, great news la-onda, thanks for posting  :) (and nice move from the stock, up 16% yesterday).

Let me see, 150 bpd * $62.82 per barrel = $9,423 per day, which gives me $3.44 M in revenues for an entire year. If we recall that 2005 revenues were something like $1.37M, this new well is a big improvement.

Technically I was a bit worried about $0.41, but the stock closed yesterday at $0.45.

40% profit now, I'll continue holding  :)

ARCA trying to walk this puppy down.  Most sales going off at the ask.  A few at the bid. Could just be building in order to take out the 200dma.  I like the fact that MM's are conscious of the need for building support.  No problem with a little consolidation here.  Oil coming off a high (temporary in my opinion).  We obviously hit some supply or mm's are trying scoop again by applying down pressure.  Nobody seems to be biting on the proposition.  Most just keep biting the ask.  If  (if) there's covering this afternoon and SVSE closes above
.477. :o  Then this thing will torch. >:D >:D

Later today...  Not bad on the close....healthy...held .45,don't think it went down as much as the mms would have liked.  By looking at the weekly you can see that volume hasn't peaked (it would take 2.5-5 million on a single day), this is positive.   Another note, it's only taken 5 to 6 million or so shares to drive this puppy up 40%, there is 85 million shares out.  If somebody is trying to buy up a percentage of this company do you think that 7% is enough?  I don't.

Pattern repeating on the intraday chart,  looks good for tomorrow, time will tell.

I thought SVSE.OB would be up more on yesterday's news: EVI "7-11" Oil Well to Begin Commercial Production

Probably the stock is overbought and there was some sell the news phenomena ... I'll take profits around today's open on SVSE.OB, perhaps I'll come back to it later.

I wrestled last nite on what to do.  I saw David's call too late.  Got worried?(Emotions will kill you in the market) Sold half at .41.  68% ;D  As usual I think we on this board are ahead of the curve on this one.  I think .40 should hold, if it doesn't I'll sell the rest and wait for the .49 break.   The news on the well was early....but, the real news I've been waiting for is the quarterly revenue.  SVSE could still be in play, retracement is healthy,  support here is critical.  Absolute sell if it breaks and closes below .37.
   Thanks La onda good post.
