spci- can it run because of march madness?

well last year did run up a whole lot in march and april.  per newsletter might do it again.  Do you see this happening from a graphical point?  now like 0.0089 up 57% on the day.  Latest financial it had earnings, but the one before that had a warning of being an ongoing concern.  so what u think?
