Everything about Track and Field (Especially Sprint and 110m Hurdles)

Besides stock trading i like sprinting the 110m Hurdles.  I am working in a office sitting all day and then trading stocks many hours...you got to move your azz...in order not to get crazy in front of the computer. The best is to move, to recovery the eyes and to get out of the house...as traders we almost get sick, sitting inside too many hours...i know it needs diszipline...

60m Hurdles: 7.73 (Europe top 20 in 2001, World No. 34)

Wow! we got a national champion here!    Amazing! good looking picture too!
I like to watch track and field, soccer and basketball. 
Best i have done for 100m is 12.2s back in highschool . lol ... i cant do hurdles cuz i am too inflexible. haha.
you are right we need to work out more before we get fat trading . i am going downstairs to work my @ss after close today!
