PTSC- how you see that formation, what kind of island? What it can predict?

CHID- 60 min chart Price & RSI- will go up?

PTSC - well your circle can be called an island.., but I think the important thing in the chart is the volume like you indicated.. it has dried up.. so the next strong move is supposed to be powerful.. either up or down.  I think PTSC can continue up here because it never had a climax move. 

CHID - Very good observation..that is what you call a positive divergence between RSI and price.. but remember that indicators are secondary.. price is everything and following indicators as primary signals will damage your trading.  Hopefully CHID will bounce.. it just missed our stop but I'm sure I'm not the only one getting impatient with it.
