PAYD has been getting excellent volume the last couple of weeks, closed almost at the hod on friday on very good buy vol.

Appears that this stock has crossed the g-spot at .298 which was hit on the recent run it had on excellent volume. If Elite g sees this post, could u please clarify that it is infact a g-pattern breakout. It did have higher volume at the beginning of 2004, but wondering if because it happened awhile ago, we can still assume this is a g-pattern.

They have had several news releases recently.

I not EliteG, but I did see this post... Formed a Double Bottom (Reversal) Pattern.
Made the breakout from the resistance high of 0.22 in this pattern.
Broke through the next resistance of 0.29, yes that is a G-pattern breakout.
Now we may see a re-test of the breakout.
Good volume of late and good news out.

The longer term Resistance is @ 0.49...0.75...0.80, and you have to pull up a 3 year chart to see this.

Today's Candlestick Patterns:
White Opening Marubozu
Today a White Opening Marubozu was formed. This shows that the day opened and then the prices continued to go up all day long without coming below the opening level thus forming a long white body, however prices did not close at the high of the day and thus they created an upper shadow.

Important Factors:
Like all other Marubozu, what a White Opening Marubozu says about the future course of the prices depends a lot on the general picture. It may be the first part of a bullish continuation pattern but it may also be interpreted as a bearish reversal pattern depending on the preceding day's candlesticks.

In the case of downtrend a White Opening Marubozu is called as a Bullish Belt Hold Pattern.

The White Opening Marubozu is a single candlestick pattern with low reliability. It reflects only one day's trading and it may show the continuation of the trend but may also indicate a reversal. It needs to be used with other candlesticks for a better and healthier judgment about the status of the trend.

Last (10) days  PAYD has gained 110.53% .

Double Bottom (Reversal)
The double bottom is a major reversal pattern that forms after an extended downtrend. As its name implies, the pattern is made up of two consecutive troughs that are roughly equal, with a moderate peak in between.

Although there can be variations, the classic double bottom usually marks an intermediate or long-term change in trend. Many potential double bottoms can form along the way down, but until key resistance is broken, a reversal cannot be confirmed.

It is important to remember that the double bottom is an intermediate to long-term reversal pattern that will not form in a few days. Even though formation in a few weeks is possible, it is preferable to have at least 4 weeks between lows. Bottoms usually take longer than tops to form and patience can often be a virtue. Give the pattern time to develop and look for the proper clues. The advance off of the first trough should be 10-20%. The second trough should form a low within 3% of the previous low and volume on the ensuing advance should increase. Volume indicators such as Chaikin Money Flow, OBV and Accumulation/Distribution can be used to look for signs of buying pressure. Just as with the double top, it is paramount to wait for the resistance breakout. The formation is not complete until the previous reaction high is taken out.

New Office

The new Boston office is designed to accommodate Paid's rapid growth within its celebrity services business which provides fan club management, fan club premium ticketing and experience packages, merchandising and fulfillment to entertainment, music and sports celebrities, as well as sports marketing and NFL player agent representation to professional athletes.

The new headquarters allows Paid to consolidate its administrative staff with its K Sports & Entertainment subsidiary and the staffs of its celebrity services and memorabilia authentication businesses that were previously dispersed in separate facilities. Ben Graham

Kuliga assisted Ben Graham in renegotiating his contract with the New York Jets. The six-year deal included a signing bonus, roster bonus and off-season workout bonus each year of the deal. Graham, from Australia, won the starting punting position for the Jets last year after Kuliga helped him secure a tryout and eventual contract with the Jets after playing 12 seasons of Aussie Rules Football where he was one of the biggest stars. With the Jets, Graham was rated the sixth-best in the AFC for gross average punting yards and net average yards.

The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Engulfing Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is not very high and it requires confirmation.

Definition:   
Bullish Engulfing Pattern is a pattern characterized by a large white real body engulfing a preceding small black real body, which appears during a downtrend. The white body does not necessarily engulf the shadows of the black body but totally engulfs the body itself. The Bullish Engulfing Pattern is an important bottom reversal signal.

Important Factors:
The relative size of the bodies in the first and second days is important. If the first day of the Bullish Engulfing Pattern is characterized by a very small real body (it may even be a doji or nearly a doji) but the second day is characterized by a very long real body, this strongly indicates that the bearish power is diminishing and the disparity of white versus black body is indicative of the emerging bull power.

There is higher probability of a bullish reversal if there is heavy volume on the second real body or if the second day of the Bullish Engulfing Pattern engulfs more than one real body (which essentially means we see two or more small black bodies preceding the long white body).

The reversal of downtrend needs further confirmation on the third day. This confirmation may be in the form of a white candlestick, a large gap up or a higher close on the third day.
