EVST, a low volume opportunity?

EVST was part of the 3SOF portfolio a while ago, picked by David Randolph and sold near the highs by EliteG. I like this stock even being a low volume stock, and it had showed up on my filters a few times on the last sessions.

EVST had a huge correction from its previous trend, after breaking the old ascending support level. It appears to have found a bottom near $11.00, and it's been rising with low volume. In some cases, I see low volume as a positive factor, showing lack of sellers or the end of a distribution zone.
EVST just breakout its descending resistance, and seems to have a clear way at least to $15.00, with a possible technical target near $17.00.

Possible Trading plan:
-   Buy EVST between $13.00 and $13.50, setting a stop below $12.00 and an exit target above $15.00

Always working with low volume, EVST is following the projected way. The main target for this swing should be near $17, but any price above $15 should already be nice for those who bought in the low $13's.
