UBDE appeared on our filters this weekend, but unfortunately was too risky and «empty» of fundamentals for a trade at 3SOF portfolio. I even posted a small comment yesterday's morning when it was up 100% (it closed the session up more than 300%).

This is not even a trading draft; it's more like a small trading curiosity since this is not even speculative territory, it's more like a case study, like PAIV or 2005's BLIC, multi baggers without apparent reasons, they all start like this... UBDE may continue its ride for a while or be dropping 50% tomorrow; any scenario would be possible

Nevertheless, its always interesting to follow this moves.

I can't stop looking to some of these pennies , its incredible how such a «small» candle represents a +54% session. Not sure what to do with this «draft», but keeping it under the radar as a case study

Last week the company announced it had finalized and received $200,000 in funding from Equity Solutions to be used for corporate development and to effect the pending acquisition of Emergency Disaster Systems (www.edisastersystems.com).
