ECFLlook slikt it will move much higher. The stock had a nice day today. The stock has a target of 6.00. i think it can go to 32.00 very soon. 3.00 by the end of the year.

In regards to the merger. We are in the final stages . The merger should be complete by October 13, 2006 . We are expecting to release a press release regarding the finanlization of the merger and the projected revenues expected sometime next week. I had a look at the huge drop in price and I can assure you there is no dilution going on. As you can see there is a huge short in our stock , so do not worry. The price will adjust itself and will be trading in the .70's range and above within a week. In addition we will be buying back 30% of the o/s in a couple of weeks.In response to your question regarding our float, it is currently 95 million. I hope this answers your questions.

Take this for what you will, but I swear on my Mom and Dad's life that the following events transpired:

My fiance, who also holds a great deal of shares in ECFL (yes, I dragged her into this too), has been doing some of her own DD. She did some research and found Desmond's cell phone number. She suggested that she try to give him a call because it might surprise him to have a nice woman ask him some questions... Anyway, he answered the phone and said, "This is Desmond." She asked if he had a minute. He said he was extremely busy (she said she noted there were a lot of voices in the background and it sounded like he was in a public place), and that she "better make it quick." She asked, "Is there going to be a PR tomorrow?" He said, "No. Thursday." She said, "Is the merger complete?" He hesitated, and then said, "It is on track. We are in the process of getting things together and finalized." [She said that upon thinking about this and taking into account the tone in his voice, she realized that these things take time and that he CANNOT say that the deal is done when the appropriate paperwork is not legally filed, etc. Therefore, all he can do at this point is say that it is "on track," and be consistent with this prior PRs. If you think about it, he is not going to release any information to some random person calling him on his phone prior to it hitting the market. What does he owe you? Nothing. He owes you a PR when things are final, and when everyone else knows; he doesn't owe you insider, early-release information.] She said that he sounded like he was in a hurry, but that she was not alarmed by the tone in his voice. I thnk we hit the bottom on this one. The MACD is starting to head back up. Selling seems to have diminished as well. Soon we will be seeing green days again IMHO.

I will be watching this one for the merger completion news.

Will they be doing a symbol change also? Becasue if they do, that would cause the shorts to have to cover...correct?..which could send this stock on a nice little run.
