Ingen Technologies Prepares to Announce Audited Financial Results

CALIMESA, Calif., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ingen Technologies (OTC: IGTN - News), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), Pure Produce(TM) and Secure Balance(TM); is to announce the completion and contents of the audited financial statements, as well as the filing schedule to move to the OTCBB on or before the end of August-2005.
The Company is currently reviewing all of the foot notes prepared by Spector & Wong, LLP. "I know that everyone is anxious to confirm the audited statements and move to the OTCBB. Harold Spector, CPA of Spector & Wong, has informed me on several occasions that he would have the documents ready for my review no later than next week. My most recent discussion with Mr. Spector was Wednesday August 10, 2005; where Mr. Spector has committed to complete the revisions no later than next week. If anything changes I will inform our shareholders and investors. I am more eager than anyone to complete the necessary steps in moving to the OTCBB," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman.

The Company is very close to filing with the SEC to move from the pink-sheets to the OTCBB. Investing over $100,000 in audits and legal fees to become a reporting company on the OTCBB, the Company management has assured the shareholders and investors that filing with the SEC and making a move to the OTCBB is achievable. The audits have been delayed on several occasions due to the revisions being implemented by the auditors. However, the objective of moving forward to the OTCBB is the main focus.

The Secure Balance(TM) product is a Private-Label product that includes a Vestibular Function Testing system and Balance Therapy system. The vestibular function testing system is manufactured by Interacoustics LTD. In Denmark and is referred to as the VNG. The Balance Therapy system is manufactured by SportKAT®, Inc. in San Diego, California. The Secure Balance(TM) program provides equipment, education and training about Balance and Fall Prevention to physicians and clinicians worldwide.

The Pure Produce(TM) product is a continued research & development program currently under design. This program uses hydroponics technology to grow various plants without the use of soil, fertilizer and water consumption. The Company anticipates entering the neutracutical and pharmaceutical markets over the next two years.

I got in IGTN today.  Looking forward to the OTC listing.  Chart looks good to me, looks like the 3rd leg up right now.  Could take out the 200 day MA with another good day.

I was gone all day and see that QOIL was "on fire."  I sold yesterday; hope you held on for today's ride.
