BUSINESS SUMMARY   
Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in the design, engineering, and manufacture of gas and liquid delivery systems for semiconductor process equipment manufacturers and device makers. The company develops, designs, prototypes, engineers, manufactures, and tests subsystems primarily for the semiconductor capital equipment industry. Its products include gas delivery systems, chemical delivery modules, top-plate assemblies, frame assemblies, and process modules. The gas delivery systems consist of gas lines; filters; mass flow controllers; regulators; pressure transducers and valves; associated interconnect tubing; and an integrated electronic and/or pneumatic control system. Top-plate assemblies are useful for gas control, while forming thin films or etch films on the wafer. Chemical delivery modules deliver gases and reactive chemicals from a centralized subsystem to the reaction chamber and include gas delivery systems, as well as liquid and vapor delivery systems. Frame assemblies are steel tubes used to connect other subsystems together. Process modules consist of subsystems of semiconductor manufacturing tools that process integrated circuits onto wafers. Process modules also include various smaller subsystems, such as the frame assembly, top-plate assembly, and gas and chemical delivery modules, as well as the chamber and electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical subsystems. It sells its products in the United States, as well as in Europe and Asia. The company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in the Menlo Park, California. Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. is a subsidiary of FP-Ultra Clean, L.L.C.

I plan to buy UCTT tomorrow morning.  I could wait for a pullback, but I don't really feel like it.  I'd rather be in the red for a bit than watch it run away from me.

Revenue and earnings growth both very impressive, Q over Q and year over year. For example, they had more than double in earnings just last quarter than they did the whole FY 05.

Also, the chart is gorgeous.  Found it while messing around this weekend and finding the new IBD top 100.  It's #9 I think, just recently on because a big qualification is 15+, which just happened.
