Dubai's economy is growing at 16% per year. There is no other major city in the
world that is growing anywhere close to this.

Dubai is being called by CNBC, "The New Gold Rush".

While many major investment banks were hesitant to get involved at first,
billions of dollars are now being invested by Americans into Dubai.

CNBC tonight at 7PM will be bringing tremendous exposure to the Dubai investment
opportunity.

Investors all around the world will start searching tonight for a Dubai stock
play. WWAG is the only pure Dubai stock play I am aware of and it is one of the
fastest growing companies in Dubai.

WWAG is the dominant force in the equipment auction business in the United Arab
Emirates. WWAG has a 65% market share in Dubai and has auctioned $300 million
worth of equipment in Dubai since 2001.

There is guaranteed to be huge demand for
heavy equipment and machinery in Dubai. This demand will grow tremendously
during the upcoming years.

Check out www.wwauctions.com to see all of the equipment WWAG currently has for
sale in Dubai.

WWAG's next auction in Dubai will be this weekend: June 17, 18, and 19.

WWAG's last auction in Dubai back in April had record gross auction sales of
$18.78 million with 400 registered bidders from 32 countries! 1,350 items were
sold to 219 successful bidders!

great DD....hehehe

what is the current OS or Float on this?

Stocky2000

Watch CNBC tonight at 7PM!

They are going to be doing part two of a story on Dubai!

Dubai is the largest developing city in the world.

With enormous construction and development in various industries, Dubai has
attracted world attention through innovative real estate projects, sports
events, conferences and guinness records.

I have been searching for a stock play to take advantage of the growth in Dubai
and I finally discovered one.

The symbol is WWAG.

WWAG is one of the fastest growing companies in Dubai.

With all of the construction taking place in Dubai, companies need to purchase
heavy equipment and machinery.

WWAG is the largest auctioneer of heavy equipment and machinery in Dubai. WWAG
holds a 65% market share in Dubai.

Since 2001, WWAG has auctioned over $300 million dollars worth of vehicles and
equipment in Dubai.

The equipment auctioned in Dubai was comprised of more than 30,000 items from
2,000 consignors that were sold to over 4,500 bidders.

WWAG grew revenues from $6.2 million in 2003 to $11 million in 2004 and $16.3
million in 2005.

Net income grew from $594,000 in 2003 to $774,000 in 2004 and over $1.1 million
in 2005.

WWAG's diluted EPS during the most recent twelve months was $0.08.

Currently, WWAG is trading for only $1.08. This means WWAG's trailing P/E is
only 13.5.

WWAG's main competitor is RBA which is trading on the NYSE. RBA has a trailing
P/E of 33.66.

Considering that WWAG is in Dubai and growing much more rapidly than RBA, I
consider a P/E of 40 to be more appropriate.

A P/E of 40 would value WWAG at $3.20.

Therefore, I believe WWAG is extremely undervalued at the current price of
$1.08. WWAG clearly has huge upside potential.

WWAG could run very fast once the word gets out about it. There are only 5.28
million shares in the float.

After part two of this segment airs on CNBC tonight, the entire investment
community is going to be searching for Dubai stock plays.

I believe WWAG will become the biggest Dubai stock play in the entire market.

Start researching WWAG immediately and watch CNBC tonight at 7PM!!!

While the entire stock market may be crashing right now, we can still make a lot
of money as long as we are very selective with our big picks!

I have been researching WWAG for weeks now and I am extremely confident about
it.

one-month WWAG investor relations contract. Never invest into a stock we discuss
unless you can afford to lose your entire investment. For our full disclaimer go

WWA Group to Acquire Shipping Business
Tuesday June 27, 8:05 am ET
Enters First Phase of Diversified, Expanded Operations Plan

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 27, 2006--WWA Group, Inc. (OTCBB: WWAG - News), one of the world's largest auctioneers of transportation and industrial equipment, today announced that its subsidiary World Wide Auctioneers, Ltd. (WWA), has agreed to acquire a company that owns a 3,500 dead-weight-ton shipping vessel specializing in moving heavy equipment to and from the Gulf region and India.

WWA has been involved with the vessel owner, under a loan and operation agreement, since June of 2004. WWA chose to convert its loan on the vessel to ownership, and the acquisition is expected to close on June 30, 2006. Details of the transaction will be reported on Form 8K upon closing.

The vessel is a 100 meter long roll on / roll off ship with heavy lift cranes and a shallow draft, making it an ideal vessel for shipping the heavy construction equipment in the Gulf that WWA specializes in trading. The vessel is chartered for the next 42 months to a freight company that handles shipping for WWA and WWA customers. The previous loan agreement and the current acquisition are based on gross revenue from the vessel charter of approximately $1,800,000 per annum, and net profit of approximately $900,000 per annum.

WWA Group CEO Eric Montandon, stated, "This strategic acquisition provides an important first step in WWA Group's plan to diversify its business into non-auction activities in the Gulf region that align with our core competencies in heavy equipment. The fixed long term revenues and profit potential from the vessel charter, and the additional shipping service we can offer to our trading customers, makes this an ideal acquisition for WWA."

About WWA Group

WWA Group, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary World Wide Auctioneers, Ltd. (WAA), is one of the world's largest auctioneers of transportation and industrial equipment. WWA Group's operations are focused on high-growth, underserved regions outside of North America that are transforming into luxury tourism and international economic centers. Since its inception in 2001, WWA has auctioned over $400 million worth of vehicles and equipment from its Dubai facilities. WWA also manages unreserved auctions in Qatar, the Netherlands; Indonesia; China; and Australia through its joint venture partners. More than $200 million has been auctioned at these associated franchise facilities since WWA's inception. WWA is further distinguished as the largest seller of second hand construction equipment in the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the U.A.E., Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Auctions are conducted on location and through the WWA BIDLive online bidding system. WWA is now beginning the execution of its expanded operations plan to leverage its dominant equipment auction and trading base into a diversified business including activities in the Gulf region that are related to heavy equipment. WWA Group Joins Joint Venture That Lands U.S. Military Equipment Disposal Contract
Wednesday October 4, 9:57 am ET

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WWA Group, Inc. (OTCBB:WWAG - News), announced today that it has joined forces with East Rim Trading, Ltd., a British Virgin Island registered company and Big Iron Trading, Ltd., a Philippine based equipment trading company, to win a tender for the disposal of thousands of tons of scrap metal, vehicles and equipment for the U.S. military on the British territory of Diego Garcia.

The joint venture won the tender for the disposal contract, and is now in the process of sorting and removing hundreds of machines, vehicles, and containers of scrap metal from the island military base. WWA Group has sent its recently purchased RO-RO vessel to Diego Garcia to facilitate the transportation of equipment and scrap metal to Dubai for sale or auction.

The joint venture is working to secure a long term contract with the U.S. military to continue removing material from Diego Garcia and other bases.

"The project could be very profitable for the joint venture, and it fits in very well with our recent ship purchase," said Eric Montandon, chief executive officer of WWA Group. "We expect to have a substantial number of vehicles and equipment items to sell at auction, and look forward to a long term relationship with the U.S. military."

Michael

Hi Superman I am wondering if these guys are auctioning Kryptonite   :D

This pick has a lot of the features I like when I look at penny stocks. Great track record, low PE, and a healthy balance sheet. As often with these small stocks the only thing they seem to lack is interest from the investment community. For a hard core fundamental investor that is good news  ;)

I will have a closer look and come back to you!

Michael,

Thanks for the feedback.
I agree with you, if this stock could only get enough notice or interest, it runs real fast.
Where do you think this stock will be in about a year?

Michael

Hmmmm... Good question.

They have a PE of 6.7, no debt to talk about, 5.4 million in cash and generated 4 million in free cash flow the last 12 month. With a market cap of 11 million I don't think you can buy this stock for 0.65 a year from now.

Disclaimer: I have bought WWAG today.
