ADDDED MORE LOVE THIS PICK !
GZFX chart UGLY(LOL)...Last Q stated app 3000 subs but with 16.5 million financing un hand it seems improved!CEO interview with WallSt.net CEO says 15000 subs needed to break even and claims they are halfway there!!3000 last quarter and presently app 7500 subs!!!Even with the dilution if this is true then IMO they have a real good shot now.Potential US sub base is app 120 million and even NFLX hasnt really scratched the surface....GZ gets its act together ITS A DO....Dilution can be controlled later....FCCN good example ...was 5 billion A/S now 200 million.GZ is 4 billion A/S and I think around 900 million O/S....FWIW...Simple

Hi guys.  Picked this up yesterday at .0024 and sold today at .0063.  Then I jumped back in at .0094 before the .0075 dip... yikes!  I'm hoping this bad boy gaps in the morning and contues the run after todays strong finish.

Crazy volume!!!  Today's chart is too wild!  Good luck to those of us holding.

runforthedoor

Why didn't you tell us to buy yesterday at .0024?  :o ;D I didn't see anything good in pennyland this AM...went to the big boards to pick up some options on some big oil/gas stocks that have been beaten up the past two days, and when I got back this was already up 300% plus...almost pulled the trigger at .01 at 3PM, but thought it might sell off a little into the close...so much for thinking.  ;D ;D maybe tommorrow...I'll think about it.  ;D

Rule No. 7: No One Made a Dime by Panicking

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You see it over and over again. A stock gets hammered. People flee after the hammering. The market gets crushed on a huge down day. People leave at the end of the day. A sector gets annihilated. Quickly. People can't take the pain; they bolt after the annihilation.

Panic is the operating instinct in all of these cases. There's something basic and instinctive about panic, about the desire to flee. It might work when it comes to individuals and things that might threaten us physically. But it can't make you a dime. That's why I say:

No one ever made a dime panicking.
There will always be a better time to go, a better time to leave the table than the one brought on by panic.

Let's take the latest panic, the run out of Biogen Idec (BIIB:Nasdaq - news - research). As soon as I saw the panic in that stock, I wanted to run the other direction; I wanted to buy. If you bought the heart of that panic, the $36 price, you could have made a quick 5 points already. If you flipped it then, you could have gotten back in and already would be up a couple for the investible side of the ledger. I think that stock ultimately will go back to the $40s and maybe even the $50s, making a mockery of those who fled.

We get mini-panics all the time in the market. We had a mini-panic in Starbucks (SBUX:Nasdaq - news - research) off a weak monthly comp number. We had a mini-panics in Panera (PNRA:Nasdaq - news - research) and Whole Foods (WFMI:Nasdaq - news - research) off a couple of not-so-great months. These down-5 and down-10 situations don't need to be chased or participated in. A better time to sell will come.

I want you to do something for me next time there is a panic. I want you to take the opposite side of the trade. When you see one of those high-speed routs of a sector or a stock, buy a little. Get a feel for it. See what I mean. The most rewarding trades you can make are those where the decks have been cleared out by panicky folks using market orders who just don't get that the exit doors aren't as big as they think they are.

Mind you, I am not saying that all merchandise that gets panicked out of is worth buying for the long term. I am saying that it's a rare day when a stock or market that is socked that there won't be some sort of bounce that allows you to get out at a better price than you would have if you just joined the fleeing masses.

In pennyland, whales often swim to the surface and spew the PPS higher, even if they go dive back into the deep afterwards.  ;D This is a news driven run...the news was tantilizing and attracted mega volume...I think this whale's spewing may not be over yet...bought a little on the dip....we'll see if the whale stays afloat.  ;D

Can't understand why people start a new thread when this one already exist.
It is so much better to have the history of the pick all on one thread.

" On October 4, 2005, the Company entered into a Services Agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc. (see Exhibit 10). Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will run a pilot program, to commence on November 1, 2005 and ending on January 15, 2006, in 17 retail stores and on the Circuit City website to promote the service offered by the Company. If the pilot program is deemed a success by both parties, the parties will expand the pilot program to the remaining approximate 600 retail locations of Circuit City in the United States by adding 55 Circuit City stores per month. Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will share in the revenue from the sale of Company memberships through Circuit City. "

the reason GZFX made such a big move was it traded the entire float in a single day, around 9million in total cash. On news that still is to be debated on it's success. While they have more possible shares to sell, here is some aditional information from their most recent dilutive statement on 8/25/2005

"This prospectus relates to the resale by the selling stockholder of up to 2,515,000,000 shares of our common stock, including up to 2,515,000,000 shares of common stock underlying convertible debentures and up to 15,000,000 issuable upon the exercise of common stock purchase warrants. The convertible debentures are convertible into the number of our shares of common stock equal to the dollar amount of the debentures being converted multiplied by 110, less the product of the conversion formula multiplied by 100 times the dollar amount of the debenture being converted, which is divided by the conversion formula. The conversion formula for the convertible debentures is the lesser of (i) $0.20, (ii) eighty two percent of the average of the thee lowest volume weighted average prices during the twenty (20) trading days prior to the conversion or (iii) eighty two percent of the volume weighted average price on the trading day prior to the conversion. The warrant is exercisable into 15,000,000 shares of common stock for a period of three years at an exercise price of $1.09 per share. The selling stockholder may sell common stock from time to time in the principal market on which the stock is traded at the prevailing market price or in negotiated transactions. The selling stockholder may be deemed an underwriter of the shares of common stock, which it is offering. We will pay the expenses of registering these shares."

here is their past o/s counts

As of March 10, 2003, the Registrant had 283,571,449 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

if i was invested in this stock, along with another possible 2,515,000,000 hitting the O/S. I would be calling daily to the transfer agent and getting the shares outstanding. BTW if you don't have the t/a's number, it's  801-272-9294.
