GZFX opened on the Berlin Exchange this morning up 17.65% on 3M volume. If we open up the same percent that would be .0256. A new high for this run. But we must remember that we trade a huge amount of share compared to Berlin. But things look good for the opening.

On the Berlin exchange at 8:30 AM EST GZFX is still up 17.65% on about 8M in volume. Their avg volume is 7.5M. They still have 3 hrs of trading left over there. The MM's are already getting active here. The ask is (1) at .0218 and the rest are at .022 and higher. Looks like we could see an open over .025.

Thanks AussieTrader for your comments!

Yes, I also agree.  I was expecting profit taking on Friday.

Here's repost from 3SOF swing trading MB:

Richard and Terlisa, thanks for the comments!

I have spent quite a few hours yesterday answering emails and posts about the concern for GameZnFlix.  Wow.  So much interest!

Well, this is my position.

Richard, yes, GameZnFlix has not delivered the "service" to their customers last year and early this year.  And many of the online reviews and comments from gamers will reflect that.

However, since the summer of this year, GameZnFlix really has worked hard to turn the company around.  And as you stated, seeing more marketing, PR and promotions and landing new deals like partnering with Circuit City and buying out the inventory of Gamechoice is demonstration of this company going from "bad customer service" to better.

Many on other MBs decided to find out this for themselves and signed up for GameZnFlix subscripton, to see if the company actually provides good, timely and effective customer service.  I am thinking about doing the same, since they offer free trial subscription.  What have you got to lose?  If GameZnFlix can deliver the online DVD/game service, then the current level of service is all that matters.

As to stock trading for this swing trader, as I stated many times before, by definition I must take profit at the first available opportunity.  With each market open, I will watch the stock very carefully and buy/sell/buy back.  If the stock doesn't perform, then I will move on to the next stock, like I have since I started this MB thread.  This MB thread is not the "emotional" and loyal MB thread, it is a swing trading MB thread to demonstrate fast and objective stock trading to maximize gains, trying to ride the gains and be holding cash while stocks take profit.

One thing I do have to say is that there is a lot of interest in this small company and stock.  Just look at the posted charts of search item results and MB buzz at Yahoo, Raging Bull, Market Millionaire, InvestorsHub, etc.  Raging Bull's MB is like a ticker tape that's not stopping!  Even though chart trends say RSI is above is 70-80 and stock is "overbought" and watch for profit taking, extreme bullish pressure will overcome the selling and drive the stock price higher.  I have seen this before, recently with HOM the past several weeks/months.

Yes, I am speculating with GZFX, and I already cautioned members/visitors of this MB thread to only speculate with money they don't intend to never see again.  If they are speculating, then ultimately it is their decision, and not yours.  With 400-500 million shares being traded each day, people are going to buy/sell regardless what they read and see on the MBs.  Even though HOM's RSI was above 70-80, people kept buying and drove the price up.  If I was posting on HOM MB not to buy and sell because the chart trend and Technical Analysis said "sell" what would have been my position?  ="ignored"=

The whole intent I made on page 1 of this MB thread was to document and make transparent my swing trading (and now daytrading also) activity in the hopes that others new to stock trading can benefit, that's all.

Take care everyone this morning!

Good trading!

If you want to know why we are not setting at .03 or higher today. Just watch MM ARCA.
He does everything he can to keep the price down. A little while ago he pushed the price down to .0223. Then when it begain to come back. He set all by his self on the ask at .0229 through 57 buy orders. Then he finally left. GZFX then ran up to .0238 and here he came again and jump on the ask at .0236 when 3 MM's were setting on the Bid at .0236. Now he has pushed it back down to .0229. He does this everyday but Friday. Friday must be a day for rest or something. IMO if he was not part of this. GZFX would be at .10 by now. But he will not let it run very far. It has got to or right at  .025 now three times and everytime here he came. The reason we have a nice spike up every morning is he is not around. Buy orders have way way out paced sell orders today. But because of ARCA we can really run this thing up big. I hope he gets out of the way after 3:00. A lot of the time he does.

Hey Bart,

I finally jumped in... got it a few minutes ago when it fell back to 0.0225... :)

Anyway, I have a question: "what/who is MM ARCA???"

Bart

 >:( >:(

Well MM ARCA did us in today. Close .022. I am going to send the company a nice E-Mail about all he is doing. They probably don't care but I do.

I will explain later about MM ARCA. I have to go out right now. This stock should have been at least over .025 today at the close.

fous

Price action opened gapped up but the bulls were awake in the morning and looks to have fallen asleep slowly throughout the day...... :D

I think this could be the beginning of a short term retracement. I see support in the .0183 area and is where i'll be looking to purchase some more shares. Got my initial investment in at .0069...shoulda bought more there, but woulda shoulda coulda.

 ??? ???

Hey Bart,

I finally jumped in... got it a few minutes ago when it fell back to 0.0225...

Anyway, I have a question: "what/who is MM ARCA???"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Livana:  MM's are the one's who are on the ask/bid side of the sell/buy of the shares of stock. When you buy or sell a stock you have to put your order in thru your broker. The broker in turn takes this order and gives it to an MM who places the order for the borker. So lets say you give a buy order to your broker for 10000 shares of stock xyz at .02. The broker will then give it to the MM that they work with. The MM then puts a order in for the broker to buy  10000 shares of xyz at .02. When the order is filled. The MM returns the order to the broker who in turns returns it to your account. I hope this helps. There can be 40 to 50 MM's working on just one stock. A company like Ameritrade normally uses NITE as their MM and sometimes SCHB. But I am sure at times they use others.

Now about ARCA the MM that is causing all the problems for GZFX. The reason we always have a good gap up in the morning is that ARCA is not around. But when he appears you can take it to the bank that GZFX will soon be heading down. The only days of the week that I have seen that he does not try to push GZFX down is Friday. Who knows why. I have several opinions on why he is doing this. One he is shorting the stock and wants it to go down. (I think this is the most likely.) Working for the company in trying to keep the stock down for some reason which only the company knows. The last is working for day traders. Push it down then let it run back up. Over and over and over. This stock everyday goes right up at the start and everyday falls back down by the end. Except on Fridays. This MM sets back at .0245 and just sets. Then when the ask gets going a little to high he will jump right down on the ask at the bid price. Here is an example of today. He was setting at .0245.  The ask was .0232 and the bid was .0229. He came all the was back from .0245 jumped ahead of the .0232 ask right to the ask at .0229. There were 4 MM's at that time with bid's at .0229. They then put the bid to .0228 and ARCA put the ask at .0228. Then repeated the same thing at .0227. Then when all the other MM's started asking at .0227 he left and went back to .0245 and set there.  So far ARCA has not been on the MM side of the ask when the market opens. So up we go. Yes I do know that MM's can buy and sell at the fifth # after the decimal. Just in case someone wanted to know. But when you are above .001 it is very unlikely that they would do this.

I am so sure of this. In the morning if there is no news. I will wait on him to appear and then I am going to sell all my shares. I am sure we will up tic in the morning. Then after he pushes it down futher and futher i will buy it back around 2:30 or so PM EST. This is all IMO so don't follow what I am doing. Do your own DD on these MM's and make the choice for yourself.  Knowing my luck this will backfire on me.

Oh by the way. The Berlin Exchanged closed this morning with GZFX being up 17.65%. Which should have meant that we sould have closed around .0238.

Next to the GZFX "speculation"  ;D

Nice profit taking in the morning with rebound followed by more profit taking!  I actually thought $0.0229 would hold, so I left for work early.  I see that it closed lower at $0.022 after a slight climb.

This must be taken into consideration with Nasdaq taking 23.64 point dip following five days of gains.  If there was generalized profit taking, then GZFX fared very well, closing up positive. There were many stocks that lost quite a bit.  Netflix, for one, lost $1.67 (5.71%) and went down even lower after hours by $0.06!

With increased volume from Friday (holiday absence for many) to 276 million shares, GZFX actually did better than I anticipated with RSI being above 70-80.  I thought GZFX may close in the negative after overdue profit taking.  This indicates significant bullish buying pressure.  I agree with fousc that there may be further retracement before resuming gains, but after huge dip of Nasdaq, there may be a lot of rebound activity tomorrow!

Yes, this is "speculation!"

Good trading!

GZFX on the Berlin Exchange opened down 5%. Not bad seeing how it was up 17.65% yesterday.

Stocks Set to Open Higher on Durable Goods, Consumer Confidence Data"

We may have a nice market rebound after yesterday's dip.  GZFX stayed positive even after a significant profit taking and this is good.  Should be an exciting day!

GZFX continues to be the "buzz" on the stock trading MBs and still remains #3 searched item on cnet!

Interesting repost that may apply to stock trading in general.

Perhaps GZFX in Stage 4?  For this swing trader, I am back in to see where GZFX will go, if it doesn't I will sell and move on to the next swing trade!  ;)

Thanks mrtrader1 for the post from Raging Bull MB:

A Penny Stocks Life or Market Cycles

Stage 1 - Accumulation. Stock is quiet, trading sideways and without a lot of volatility. Most everyone ignores the stock because it has no sizzle. Insiders hold large blocks of stock and quietly gear up for the distribution.

Stage 2 - Breakout. Volume jumps up, psychological barriers are broken. Insiders begin to tell their friends of upcoming significant fundamental change. Pros take notice and buy the stock on the coat tails of the well informed. The public ignores it because they have not read about the company in the paper yet. It must be a scam.

Stage 3 - Uptrend. As a larger audience learns of the company and its promise, more buying comes in to the stock and it begins to climb. Pros begin to sell, but slowly. Average investor begins to buy.

Stage 4 - Pullback. The stock has gone up too fast, and some profit taking arrives. The jumpy investor who got the entry timing right but lacks confidence in his or her decision sells the stock with a small profit, and smiles in the mirror. The Pro holds on, Average Investor looks through the newspaper to find justification for ownership of the shares.

Stage 5 - Resumption of the Uptrend. The pull back is short lived, and the stock bounces and continues higher. The wannabe regrets the sell, but provides self counsel on the merit of making a profit, albeit a small one. The Pro might sell a little bit more, but still holds the majority of the original position. The Average Investor is getting excited now, and thinks about what could have been if only he had bought when he first noticed the stock.

Stage 6 - Exhaustion of the Uptrend. The media takes notice, and communicates the company's merits to the masses. The masses buy the stock, and it goes up sharply with strong volume. The Pros sell with enthusiasm. The Average Investor owns it now, and is telling everyone who will listen. The wannabe Pro jumps back on, after all, he was smart enough to buy it when the trend started, so he knows the stock well. Will hope make it go higher?

Stage 7 - Gravity Works. Pro selling begins to weigh on the uptrend, and the stock fails to go higher despite high volumes. The stock starts to go down instead of up, and the Pro is almost sold out. The Average Investor continues to cheer lead, hoping to rally support. The wannabe ignores what the market is telling him, taking a loss is too painful to consider. The company is featured on the cover of a magazine.

Stage 8 - The Second Guess. The stock bounces and starts to go back up. The wannabe Pro averages down while the Average Investor gets back to advising friends of his stock picking acumen. Pros sell their remaining holdings and begin to look for another deal to play, or perhaps start short selling the stock.

Stage 9 - Out of Gas. The bounce is a fake out, and the stock moves lower again. The public own this stock, and they have no more power to buy. The Pro are making money on the short sales now, but are despised by the masses. Calls for short selling to be made illegal are made by the Average Investor, after all, the short sellers are the demons causing the sell off.

Stage 10 - Dead Cat Bounce. The Average Investor and the wannabe Pro have no pain tolerance left, and finally sell for a big loss. The short selling Pros are the only buyers to take the share off their hands, and provide the needed liquidity. The stock bounces, and some short term traders make a quick profit. The Average Investor either swears to never buy a stock again, or tells lively stories over drinks about the one that could have been.

Stage 11 - Post Mortem. Pros have forgot about the stock and are considering carpet samples for their new home in Florida. Average Investor continues to follow the company and buys loads of cheap stock to try and overcome the regrettable loss.

The stock market is mean. You can be a good analyst, but if you can't overcome the psychological traps of trading, you will do what the crowd does. To be successful, you have be one step ahead of the crowd, and trade with unemotional discipline. There are strategies to take advantage of each stage of the market cycle that can be applied just by looking at a stock chart. They just require a bit of knowledge.

Well ARCA came out 5 mins after the open. We as normal were heading up. He jumped right on the bid and down we went. I tried to sell four different times this morning but for some reason it never executed. I will not try to sell below .02. So no more trying to sell today for me. Just set and wait it out. Berlin exchange is down 20% with about 40 mins of trading left. We are down 10.8% here.

Good re-entry point after swing trading profit taking (blue oval)

= Update 9:00 AM PST = lunch time in New York.  ;)
Well, is GZFX rebound after the anticipated profit taking sustainable?  It will depend on buying pressure and new buyers learning about this company and Circuit City connection.  GameZnFlix and Circuit City should do a Press Release regarding GameZnFlix subscription increase and company profitability.  Time will tell.  Let's watch.

= Update 11:00 AM PST =
Nice daytrading gain! but I am seeing a pullback on GZFX, I am wondering if the overall market is also doing a pullback.
